M&L for Rendering 12 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) and removal of rubbish out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.(Note : All roots of plant on either on wall or roof to be removed and making good the disturbed surfaces. The rate quoted be the contractor is deemed to be included in the unit rates.)

M&L for cleaning of concrete or plastered roof surfaces and applying priming coat using bituminous primer @ 0.30 kg per sqm followed evenly a tack coat @ 1.2 Kg per sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen over it laid 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.00 Kg per sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gm per sqm) rolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufacturer's instruction and applying over it a tack coat using industrial hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg per sqm and finally finished the top of polymeric water proofing membrane complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Dismantling & Romoval of existing old water prrofing menbrane deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) All the water proofing treatment works shall be got carried out through authorised applicator of the firm. In this regard prior written approval from GE shall be obtained

All as per item No 36 above but except material.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces of wall/ceiling of projection/chajja. , of approved make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge before application of exterior paint. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The work must got executed through authorised applicator of reputed paint manufacturer by concluding MOU with manufacturer and guaranteed for a minimum period of 3 Years by the manufacturer as approved by GE. (iii). The complete qty of material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard of the time of commencement of work which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv). After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE before application of paint for each building. (v). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE (vi) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor & the height of the bldg shall be upto 15m.. (vii) The application of acrylic paint/ cement base paint shall be with fully automatic airless spray machine with a flow speed of min 1 litre per menulte having pressure of 3300 PSI by allowing 6 to 8 hr to dry the surface before painting of subsequent coat.. (ii) The Newly /old plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of material. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L for Cement concrete type B1-1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in copping, benching of manhole / drain slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, roof kerbs or mud stop, PCC pading etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of new plastered of exterior/Interior wall/Ceiling of projection/chajja for applying 1 mm thick white cement base wall care putty to obtain smooth finishes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 31.00 above but except material complete.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound [ISI marked] complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for newly plaster/unplastered surface on walls/ceiling surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC/RCC water tanks exc 500 lts n.exc 1000 ltrs capacity ,setting aside (or lowering if required ) for repair, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any descripton over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint First quality complete all as specified and directed by Engg in charge. .

Demolition of brick work in built in cement mortar for cracked wall of compound wall and similar work complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per item No 01 here-in-before but for old ceiling surfaces

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces [ internal / external ] including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish to out side A 1 MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for GI tubing ISI marked medium grade 20mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid under floor including connection etc, complete all as specified including taking down complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters/Bldg Nos or figures(Block, Roman or Indian) on wall 10cm height using synthetic enamel paint white or circular /black painted, black back ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) 110mm bore (dia) soil, waste and ventilating pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with and including all necessary fittings such as bend, tee, junctions, cowl etc, including takingdown old PVC/CI/RCC Pipe etc complete.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any descripton over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint First quality complete all as specified and directed by Engg in charge.

M & L for Stops, commans, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc.with synthetic enamel paint to match existing work complete all as directed.

Demolition of Mud Phuska in roofs,any thickness including plastering and leeping of any thickness upto 30cm deep complete all as specified and directed.(Note: All roots of plant on either on wall or roof to be removed and making good the distributed surfaces. The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be included in the unit rates including removal of mud phuska outside defence land.)

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (Al/Zn 150 gms/sqm) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings , rails, posts rafters, purlins etc n.exc 40 sq. cm in section, in any position complete all as specified

M & L for GI tubing ISI marked medium grade 15 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid under floor including connection etc, incl cutting chasing in wall for concealing of pipe if required and including taking down complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of WALLS by brooming down or by steel wire brushing and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. quality conforming to FE 410 WA (Gde E-250 quality A) (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick cement paster in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement on roof surface and wall (WPC will be measured and paid seperately as supply only rate) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plaster/unplastered surface of wall applying 2 mm thick layer of wall care putty of approved quality to obtain smooth finishes surfaces and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper using rollers on walls over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior/Interior wall/Ceiling of projection/chajja by complete removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers and applying 1 mm thick white cement base wall care putty to obtain smooth finishes by sand papering complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polythylene, triple layer water storage tank 500 litre capacity (cylinder vertical with closed top), hoisted & fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I and 20 mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 210 gms) complete, including dismantling existing RCC/PVC water storage tank and removal from site complete.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces of ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 meter mean radius with old size bricks built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F powder coated Everest ceiling grid system of grid size 600x600 mm fixed to walls with rawl plugs and screws and hang to roof members with 3 mm dia GI wire comprising main tee of size 38 mm x 24 mm x 0.30 mm , cross tee of size 28 mm x 24 mm x 0.40 mm with and incl S&F of 4 mm thick everest designer ceiling board/tiles for insulation 595 x 595 mm size fixed with steples on snap grid as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheet in roof and removal from site for taking into schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC roof / arch slab, hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering to external surfaces of brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 15/20 mm bore tubes and connections medium grade in new or old position to walls, ceiling or laying in floors including taking up or down existing tubing complete all as specified and directed
