Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced)of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying dry clean sand spreading,levelling in layers 10 mm thick cosolidated complete all as specified and directed. Note - sand for filling shall 1.18 mm single size and pass 100% through 2.36 mm sieve and shall remain 100 % on 600 micron sieve.

M&L for polythene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 micron thickness virgin quality as per ASTM D2103/IS 2508 laid over sand layer with side and end overlapping not less than 150 mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Measurment shall be taken for net area and unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included for over lapping. 2- sand layer will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of its sch.

M&L for racking out joints up to a depth of 25 mm ,saw cutting the vertical sides of joints for making edges of joints straight up to the posssible extent by keeping maximum width of joint 16 to 25 mm,cleaning all loose particle/dust from the joints by using brushes,compressed air , blower etc. fixing masking tape along either side of the joints placing back up sheet 10 to 12 mm thick in position and filled with polyurethene based sealing compound ( Pitch free) having 3 mm recess from top of joint after applying suitable primer as per manufacturer instruction and removing of masking tape complete all as spd.

M&L for pavement quality concrete (PQC) as per design mix having minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 40kg/ sqcm or 4.5Mpa, thickness of concrete 25cm or less, aggregate gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregate of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum cement content of 400 kg/cum of PQC with non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting tenperature as 240 degree celcious and minium tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer, PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50m width, including curing and tining by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The design mix shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE/AGE (I) before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the design mix in the minimum cement content will be adjusted through supply only rate at market rate or procurment rate whichever is more for cement. However no plus adjustment shall be applicable, if excess quantity of cement content is used/ approved in the execution of work under this items. (iii) Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC: 15-2017.

M&L for applying two coat of Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters,etc. on roads pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white / golden yellow/orange including cleaning preparation of surface as required all as spd and directed.

M&L for forming 25 mm wide construction/expansion joints , filled with compressible synthetic filler board,for complete depth of joint 200 mm to 330 mm as per site requirement provision of closed cell polyetylene back up sheet 12 mm thick filled with polyurethene sealant( minimum depth of sealant above polyethene sheet shall be of 15 mm) complying with BS 5212,BS4254 and EN 141875-2003( for hydrolysis/water resistance test) priming the side with min MAF+/- 30% ( with ten year performance guarantee ) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown and specified as directed. Note- 1.The make of filler board shall be of brand DURA board HD 100 manufacturer by M/S Supreme Industries or equivalant make as listed. 2- The synthetic filler board shall bepremoulded compressible black in colour having min density of 100(+/-) kg/sqm water absorption less than 0.09 kg/sqm and compression recovery of 93 % . 3- The make of polythylene rod shall be of brand DURA ROAD by Supreme industries Ltd or equivalent of make as listed. 4-The polyethylene rod shall be of desired diameter having minimum density of 22 kg/ cum and compression strength of 0.40 kg/sqm 25% greater than the joint width, of white colour. 5- Primer to be used before filling sealant. 6- Edge shall be levelled and joint cut with in 24 hour using diamond bit cutter of BOSCH or equvalant used for cutting green concrete. 7- The exposed vertical faces of slab shall be applied one coat of white wash.

M&L for finishing of concrete pavements by belting and brooming and numbering with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 01 here in before but width of joint 10-15 mm

M&L for forming of contraction (Dummy) joints cutting 100 mm deep with 3 mm width as initial cutting and secondry cutting of 25 mm deep from the top and 8 mm wide using diamond cutter to accommodate polyethyelne back up sheet 12 mm thick filled with polyurethene sealant ( min depth of sealant above polyethelene shall be of 10 mm ) complying with BS 5212, BS4254 and EN 141875-2003 ( for hydrolysis/ water resistance test) priming the side with min MAF+/- 30% ( with ten year performance guarantee ) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown and specified as directed.
