Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick 100% solid WPC window glazed shutter / wire mesh shutter 95 mm x35mm thick. Made from WPC material with density not less than 800 kg/cum. All four corner are fusion welded & screwed with 8 x 50mm self-screws for additional strength. After joining all 4 corner clear space to be paneled with 5mm thick glass / S S mosquito mesh after glazing of inside of shutter 10 x 12mm pvc “L” shape bead to be nailed or sticked with shutter. Provided 2 Nos SS hinges of 100 mm, 1 Nos aluminium handle of 100 mm ,2 Nos aluminium tower bolt of 100mm and 01 peg stay for each shutter (Glazed and Gauzed) incl factory made 100 % solid WPC window frame 125 mm x 65 mm double rebated frame & mullion 125 x 80mm. made from WPC (Single extruded process) material comparising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 57-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (Wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and nontoxic additives fabricated with meter joints after applying PVC solvent cement & screwed with fully body treated star headed screws having minimum frame desity not less than 800 kg / cum, having good screw holding capacity (screw withdrawal strength of (min 990N). Minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2. Modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof, water / mosquito proof & fire retardant & fixed in position with S S dash fasteners / hold fast of required dia and length. Window shall be provided with MS Grill/Guard Bars made of 12mm MS Sq Bar bothways (vertical and Horizontal) welded to 6 x 30mm MS Flat including painting with countersunk holes at both vertical and horizontal ends and MS grill/guard bars frame should be fixed to window frame with 30mm long screws. Screw to screw distance should not be more than 200mm. Gap between the bars should not be more than 125mm. All as per specification drawing as directed by Engr-in-charge Note - (i) Glazed and Gauzed shutter both are deemed in this quoted rate (ii) Glass pane, wire mesh and grill are deemed in this quoted rate

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing to store 20 mm dia .

M&L for Non- skid coloured ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, 300X300X7 to 8 mm thick, in floor etc incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles.Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622.2006, Group B II with average water absorption between 3% to 6%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.10% (Max deviation). Thickness + 5.0% (Max deviation). Centre & Edge curvature and warpage + 0.50% (Max deviation). Breaking strength 1000 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. Note:- Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE .Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, 300x450x 7 to 8 mm thick, as in dado etc incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white of coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles . Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622:2017, Group B III with average water absorption between 10% to 15%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.20% (Max deviation). Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation). Straightness of sides and Rectangularity +0.15% (Max Deviation). surface flatness + 0.22% (Max deviation). Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. M & L of 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including ointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of interior wall by application of wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacturer of paint/ distemper by using roller/ spray machine complete all as specied and directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The old surface must be prepared with wall care putty in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per manufacture’s instruction before application of distemper. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv). After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (v). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I)

M/L for 15 mm thick protection plaster CM 1:4 floor and wall with polymer modified repair mortar (SBR Latex liquid polymer as per manufactur direction ).Complete all as specified and directed Note :- The rates of SBR quoted shall not be deemed to be included for these items and same will be seperately under respective item.

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.Complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of lime concrete in floors and paving exe 15 cm thick above ground floor (sunken floor) including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance , scales, oil or any othet loose material and removing the demolished material outside the MOD land.Complete all as specified and directed

M&L 30mm thick Factory made solid WPC (Wood plastic composit) moulded gauged door shutter with wire mesh in any number of division with brown wood grain texture, including S.S wire mesh shall be fixed with 15x15 square tube in side rails with screwing 8x28 heat metal zink coated screws can be remove or fix again after changing of wire mesh when needed. Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of EngineerIn- Charge. Note- S S Butt hing measured and paid separately at relevant item

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames glazed with putty or fixed with beads or from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins /spring clips and providing and fixing new one.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish off the premises from MoD all as specified and directed.

Refixing of shutters in same opening of any descrption after easing and adjusting , n exc 1.50 Sqm.

Providing and application two coat of acrylic polymer modified cementitious flexible waterproof coating on horizontal and vertical surface for sunken floor as per manufacturer direction after base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flaky materials. The coatings shall be applied at intervals and as per the manufacturer’s specifications and approved by Engineer in Charge . Note : Ponding test after water proofing coating willl be done for ponding for 48 Hrs .
