The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: 2 years of experience in civil engineering construction work - Site Engineer: 2 years of experience in civil engineering construction work - Work Supervisor: 2 years of experience in civil engineering construction work - Lab Technician: 5 years of experience in lab work The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - 25% of the estimated construction cost of the work for similar nature of work - 50% of the estimated construction cost of the work for minimum financial civil engineering construction turnover Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one contract of similar nature and volume to the proposed work during the last five years. The bidder should also provide information on the value of satisfactorily completed civil engineering construction works during the last five years. The bidder's available bid capacity should be equal to or more than the total bid value, excluding maintenance cost. The bidder should also demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts, in case of multiple contracts. The bidder should have achieved a minimum financial civil engineering construction turnover of 50% of the estimated construction cost of the work in any one year in the last five years. The bidder should also have experience in works of a similar nature and size of the last five years. For Joint Venture (JV) bidders, the lead partner should meet at least 50% of the qualification criteria, and each of the remaining partners should meet at least 25% of the qualification criteria. The JV must also collectively satisfy 100% or more of the criteria.
