The bidder is required to have prior work experience of satisfactorily completed civil engineering construction works during the last seven years. They must have completed at least one contract of similar nature and volume to the proposed work over the last seven years. The value of satisfactorily completed civil engineering construction works during the last seven years is to be provided. Specifically, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as principal contractor/subcontractor in immediately preceding Seven years prior to the publication, with the following requirements: - One completed similar work costing not less than 25% of the estimated cost, - OR - Two completed similar works each costing not less than 15% of the estimated cost, - OR - Three completed similar works each costing not less than 10% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved in any one year in the last five years, a minimum financial civil engineering construction turnover 50% of the estimated construction cost of the work. The turnover will be indexed at the rate of 10% per year.
