Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25mm to 40mm thick- First class local wood (surai/ kail/assam teak/ Hollock) (i)Local wood panells should be fixed only with grooves but additional beading should be provided on both sides,stiles, rails and panels in door shutters shall be of the same species of timber. (ii) Lock rail of door shutters shall be so placed that its centerline is at a height of 850+ 55mm from the bottom of shutters, each door shutters shall be fixed to the frame with three hinges one at the center and other two at 200 mm from top and the bottom of the shutters (iii) All door shutters shall be finished smooth with well planed faces and panels of shutters shall be flat and well sanded to a smooth and level surface. (Iv) In case of double leaved shutters the meeting of the stiles shall be rebated either splayed or square type. (V) Each window shutters shall be fixed to the frame with two hinges so that bottom hinge is at 15 Cm from the lower end of shutter and upper hinge is at 10 CM from the upper end of the shutters (vi) Ventilator shutters to be fixed to its frame with two hinges at quarter points or top rail. Providing and fixing glazed shutters for door, window and ventilators using 4mm thick float glass pans of brand Modi float, Atul, Saint Gobain, golden only. Weight of glass pan should be 10.00 kg/sqm. Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets 0.50mm(+.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 gm per sqmtes as per IS:277, in 240 mpa steel grade 5-7 micron epoxy primer on both sides of the sheets and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. steel should have protective gaurd film of 25 micron minimum to avoid scratches during transporatation and should be supplied in single length up to 12 mtrs or as directed by engineer in charge. The sheet shell be fixed by using self drilling / self tapping scerww of size 5.5x55 mm with EPDM seal complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surface, excluding cost of perlis, rafters,trusess etc. including cutting to size and shape wherever required. GS sheet will be brand TATA, SAIL, or equivalent

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2course sand: 4 graded stone agregate) finished with a neet cement floating coat, incl. Cemnt slurry, but excluding the cost of noising of steps etc complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Wiring for light point/ fan poiunt/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.50 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI Box and earthing the point with 1.5 sqmm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group A
