The bidder should have definite proof of having satisfactorily completed similar works of magnitudes specified below: - Three similar works, each of value not less than Rs 59.987 lakhs, or - Two similar works, each of value not less than Rs 89.981 lakhs, or - One similar work of value not less than Rs 119.974 lakhs. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have completed similar nature works during the last seven years ending 31.03.2025, and have a capacity to do PEB work, including civil and electrical work. Additionally, the bidder should have a turnover of at least 30% of the tender cost, which is Rs 450 Cr, and the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 30% of the tender cost. The bidder should also have a minimum annual turnover and a minimum solvency, but the exact percentage of similar works completed is not specified.
