Supply and laying of water bound macadam of 100 mm thickness for sub-base with 90 to 45 mm stone aggregate, 11.2mm size screenings, chippings of stone and murrum spreading, watering and consolidating in camber with power roller complete as/specifications. The payment will be made for compacted layer.

Supply and laying of Water Bound Macadam in layers, each of 75 mm thick with 63 mm to 45 mm stone aggregate. Each layer shall be consolidated by power roller after watering, spreading chippings of stone and murrum complete as per specifications. Item includes supply of murrum 6 mm thick, watering and rolling with power roller complete with preparation of surface. The payment will be made for compacted layer.

Providing & laying 80mm thick factory made Lacquered finish Grey/ Coloured Pre-cast cement concrete, interlocking paver block of M 40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction & of approved size and design/ shape, shade and manufacturers and as per IOCL's specifications. The paver blocks shall have peripheral chamfer, with average crushing strength than 40 N/Sq.mm as per IS15658maximum water absorption of 2% after 10 minutes and 5% after24 hrs. as per BS 1881, maximum dimensional deviations of +/- 2mmon length & width and +/- 3mm on thickness. The job includes supplying & laying a layer of 50mm thick clean course sand on thoroughly compacted sub-base below the paver blocks, cutting the paver blocks wherever required with hydraulic splitter, filling in the joints at the edges of paver blocks with sand, compacting with machine vibrator to required line and level, etc. complete.(Payment for provision of edge restraints shall be made separately)

PCC 1:3:6 Work: Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including centering and shuttering, curing etc as per applicable code/guidelines. Coarse sand to be used. A. Providing and laying of plain cement concrete (PCC) conforming to latest IS-456 with hard stone aggregate of specified size. B. Item includes curing of concrete with a layer of soaked canvas, hessian or similar absorbent materials and kept constantly wet for the required period and finishing the exposed surfaces. PCC to be laid in foundations, etc. complete, as per specifications, drawings or as directed by site engineer. C. Job includes all the material and shuttering etc.

PCC 1:2:4 Work: Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including centering and shuttering, curing etc as per applicable code/guidelines. Coarse sand to be used. A. Providing and laying of plain cement concrete (PCC) conforming to latest IS-456 with hard stone aggregate of specified size. B. Item includes curing of concrete with a layer of soaked canvas, hessian or similar absorbent materials and kept constantly wet for the required period and finishing the exposed surfaces. PCC to be laid in foundations, etc. complete, as per specifications, drawings or as directed by site engineer. C. Job includes all the material and shuttering etc.

DISMANTLING, CLEANING AND SHIFTING OF BRICK WORKS. A. Dismantling of Boundary wall as per site in-charge direction. B. Job includes all the required labors, tool & trackles etc C. Cleaning of bricks, Contractor has to make suitable arrangement for cleaning of bricks as per direction of site in-charge. D. Shifting of bricks and stacking as per direction of site incharge. E. The brick, which can be utilized for brick works to be used for brick works. F. Other bricks to be shifted to un objectable place inside and out side the site as per site incharge.

BRICK WORK WITH SUPPLYING OF NEW BRICKS 1:4 CLASS -1. Bricks having minimum crushing strength of 100 kg/cm.sq. Providing brickwork with locally available new good quality brick masonry including scaffolding, curing, etc. for walls, parapets, etc. below and above plinth at all levels, joints/wall surface prepared either for pointing or plastering complete, as per the detailed specifications, drawings or as directed by IOCL. The thickness of the wall will be decided by site incharge and will be advised to contractor before starting the work. The measurement of wall should be taken before plastering. It is responsibility of contractor to take the measurement of wall along with site incharge before plastering

BRICK WORK WITH DISMANTLED AND CLEANED BRICK (1:4 )- Providing brickwork with good quality dismantled brick including scaffolding, curing, etc. for walls, parapets, etc. below and above plinth at all levels, joints/wall surface prepared either for pointing or plastering complete, as per the detailed specifications, drawings or as directed by IOCL. The thickness of the wall will be decided by site incharge and will be advised to contractor before starting the work. The measurement of wall should be taken before plastering. It is responsibility of contractor to take the measurement of wall along with site incharge before plastering

12 MM CEMENT PLASTER,1:4: Providing and laying cement plaster on surfaces with fine sand including curing etc.

DISMANTLING AND GROUTING OF Y ANGLES- on the wall Y angles are required for fixing of concertina wire with the help of PCC 1:1.5:3 as advised by site incharge The works include supply and laying of concrete for grouting of Y angles complete in all respect.

Dismantling and shifting and fitting of old wire bed fencing

Supply and fitting new wire bed fencing as existing with all labor, toll and trackles charges. The materials and shape of the wire bed fencing will be as the existing fencing provided at plant.

Supply, providing and grouting of Y angle as per specifications The materials and shape of the y angles will be as the existing fencing provided at plant.

Painting of wall with Apex/Ace or equivalent paint (2 or more coats to give even shade) including cement primer of approved make and manufacture. IOCL Colour coding to be provided.
