Providing & Fixing of 3-way pilot operated Quick Pressure relief valve size 2" along with bypass arrangement. It shall be adjustable Pressure setting from 21 PSI - 130 PSI for maximize performance. It has 3-way pilot with 4 ports of the size 1/8"-28 BSP at a temperature of 600c. It should be made of high strength engineering plastic with great durability and corrosion resistance. Its pilot has glass reinforced plastic base and cap for strength, Pilot has a max height of 155 mm and width of 69 mm.

Providing & fixing of a double acting Continuous Air release valve 2" made of high strength plastic/ aluminium with fibre glass reinforced. The Continuous Air release valve shall be capable of both releasing and admitting air from and into the line during system operation. The working pressure shall be 10 Bars and testing pressure shall be 16 Bars.

Automation Unit

Providing & Fixing of 3" BSP Straight flow 3-way Solenoid valve with Victaulic grooved coupling flow control and "pressure regulation unit" which shall be normally closed 24 VAC 50/60 cycle solenoid actuated angle pattern design. The valve pressure rating shall not be less than 10.5 bar. The valve body shall be constructed of high-impact, weather-resistant Nylon Glass Filled with heavy duty diaphragm and stainless steel screws, fasteners and components. The valve shall have manual open/close control (internal bleed) for manual opening and closing of valve without electrically energizing the solenoid, manual bleed can be removed for " tamper proof" operation. The valve shall operate with minimum 24 VAC at 10.5 bar. The valve must open or close in less than 1 minute at 10.5 bar, and less than 30 seconds at 0.7 bar. The valve construction shall provide for all internal parts to be removable from the top of the valve without disturbing the valve Installation.

Providing & fixing of (16 Station) Controller with two wire technology having six programs with six start times per program with run time per station 0-10 hrs and irrigation water budget by program 0-250%, capable of running two program simultaneously with two nos. of maximum valves plus master valve running simultaneously and should have rain sensor capability.
