CATEGORY: Soak Pit of the Toilet in size 5x4 feet common for both blocks , Foundation depth of blocks will be 1.5feet to 2 feet as per requirement , Wall up to hight of 9.5 ft from ground level Complete Height of each block 11 feet from the ground includes 1.5 ft of ground filling hight , Concrete Lanter of the construction aprox 72sqft for both blocks , Door 3x7 ft and Ventilation window for each block including fitting and labour , All water pipes sanitary fitting will be as per standard . Bathroom includes Western Commode and cistern flushing system plumbing work with good quality sanitary fittings and labour , Placement of Washbasin on outside wall of bathroom of both blocks including labour and fittings , Electrical work including Exhaust fan and option of geyser fitting point with tubelight for both blocks , Water Storage Tank 500 ltr common for both blocks , Floor tiling inside both blocks , Wall Tiling inside both blocks only upto hight of 4 feet , Putty and paint work with Asian,nerolac or similar brands with labour charges
