The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for 2 years. 2. Past Performance: - The past performance criteria is mentioned as 10%. - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. 3. Registration with Competent Authority: Any bidder from a country which shares a land border with India will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the bidder is registered with the Competent Authority. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 2 years for Experience Criteria - 10% for past performance - 10% of bid quantity for past performance - 50% and 20% for Local Content requirement to qualify as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier respectively. Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender: 1. Validation on-line in GeM profile as well as validated and approved by Buyer after evaluation of documents submitted for MSE benefits. Note that no specific technical certification is required except meeting quality and technical specifications, and mandating foreign/international certifications is not allowed if Indian Standards exist. Equivalent Indian Certification/standards should be specified.
