The Laminated Asphalt Shingles as per specifications must be laid in proper way over 20mm Cement Fiber Board Make - Everest or Eq. and moisture barrier membrane and Algae resistant Ridge with all required fixtures & fastenings as a complete job as per instructions and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge with contractors’ own material, labour, tools, lead, lift, T&P, etc. The design and methodology to be approved by Eingeer-in-charge prior commencement of the work. The rate included cost of materials, transportation to site, installation, fixing, pegging, pre-installation preparation works, supervision, petty works involved, taxes, GST, etc. as a compete job. Note: (i) Overlapping has to be provided between two laminated Asphalt Shingles sheets as per the norms. The overlap quantity will not be considered for the measurement/ payment
