The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil engineering construction and maintenance works, with a minimum of 8 years of experience as Project Manager/ Team Leader of Consultancy Contract on Highway, Bridge construction/Maintenance works for the Project Manager, 4 years of experience on Highway Construction/Maintenance works for the Site Engineer-cum-Surveyor Engineer cum Material Engineer, 3 years of experience on Highway Property Management and Maintenance for the Incident cum Road Property Manager cum Route Operation Manager, and 5 years of experience and a Road Safety Audit Certificate from an appropriate approved Govt. agency for the Road Safety Auditor. The bidder must have completed works of a similar nature and size, with a total monetary value of civil engineering construction and maintenance works performed for each of the last five years. The bidder must provide a scanned copy of the total monetary value of these works. For demonstrating technical capacity and experience, the Bidder should have received payments for construction of Eligible Project(s) over the past 5 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date, such that the sum total thereof is more than the tendered/Bid value. The percentage of similar works completed is at least 20% of the Estimated Project Cost, with more than 90% of the value of work completed. The percentage of the tendered / Bid value is also at least 20%. For normal Highway projects, at least one similar work of 20% of Estimated Project Cost shall have been completed from the Eligible Projects. The values mentioned include the amount of bonus received, if any, and the value of Civil Engineering Works in respect of EPC Projects. The bidder should have completed at least 20% of the Estimated Project Cost in similar works, with more than 90% of the value of work completed. Specific values mentioned include: * Routine Maintenance (Lump Sum): Rs 25,65,000.00 per KM, with a total amount of Rs. 18,77,37,480.00 for 73.192 Kms. * Initial Rectification Works (Lump Sum): Rs 6,21,547.46 per KM, with a total amount of Rs. 4,54,92,302.00 for 73.192 Kms. * Periodical Maintenance Works (Lump Sum): Rs 66,34,370.48 per KM, with a total amount of Rs. 48,55,82,844.00 for 73.192 Kms. The updation factor to update the price of the eligible projects for the year is also provided, with factors ranging from 1.00 to 1.20 for years 1 to 5, respectively.
