(d) Fourth and final layer of cement plaster will be paid for separately.(For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.)

Cleaning of fixtures and putting napthaline balls in urinal. b) Removing of cobwebs from common area and office chamber on weekly basis. c) Sweeping of attached garages(once in a month), open area around office block, stair case portion of civil wing office, collection of garbage and disposal of garbage outside the campus at appropriate space allocated by municipal corporation.Note: Rate includes the cost of labour and material required for above operation for a month.
