Extra for stitching of curtain with ten eyelets in lieu of curtain with pleats and also stitching of contrast shade of curtain cloth in full width of curtain in size of 4" to 6" and 8" to 10" respectively as decided by BHEL. The work include fixing of required tape, eyelets etc including all material , labour , T & P complete in all respect. The stitching pattern of curtain must be got approved by Engineer-in-charge before start of work.

Repairing & Upholstering of seat and back of steel/wooden cushion chair with approved make Rexine (Cotton coated cloth) having a price range between Rs 200/RM to Rs 220/RM, 70 mm thick polyeurethene foam sheet in the price range of Rs 1650/Per sheet to Rs 1750/per sheet in seat having density of 40+2Kg/m3 and 50 mm thick polyeurethene foam sheet in the price range of Rs1200 to Rs1300/per sheet in back of chair having density of 32+2Kg/m3 of approved brand as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The work include removal of dismantling of seats and back of old chairs, cutting of new rexine & foam sheet to required shape/design and profile, stitching and fixing of rexine in seat and back with nails, screws, adhesive of approved make, labour, T&P etc for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Repairing & upholstering cushioned sofa set with or without spring, seat and back with Velvet cloth of Reputed make having range of Rs 450 to Rs 500 and replacement of foam sheet of standard quality having thickness 20 mm and a range of Rs 310 to Rs 350 or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, cutting to shape/design, stitching and fixing with nails, screws, labour & T &P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in charge. Extra for fixing 100mm thick foam sheet of good quality having size 21¿x22¿¿ having a density of 32 ± 2 Kg/m3 in seat and 50 m thick foam sheet of good quality having a density of 32 ± 2 Kg/m3 in the back of sofa seat as directed by Engineer- in-charge. The work shall include cutting of foam sheet in various shapes such as round, rectangular etc. as per site requirement and fixing the same with adhesives in seat/back including all material, labour, T&P complete in all respect. Providing and replacing front side Ist class Indian teak wood leg for wooden chairs as per design, section & shape including 2 or more coats of spirit polishing over and including one coat of wooden filler and also including all materials, labour and T&P etc required for completion of work.

The Sample of blazer cloth must be got approved by BHEL for quality and shade in specified range of prices before start of work.
