PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF MOTOR STARTERS UPTO 100KW IN DG SET, RWS PLANT, INDUSTRIAL WATER SUPPLY PLANT, D2 & D3 DRAIN PUMP POLLUTION PLANT.
(a) Checking of main contactor for proper operation.
(b) Cleaning / replacement of main contacts as per requirement.
(c ) Checking of bus bars for loose / damaged connections and necessary repair.
(d) Dusting of starter panel.
(e ) Testing of motors. All testing equipments like Insulation tester, resistance tester etc shall be provided by BHEL free of cost.
(f) Checking of switches, meters etc. Repair/replace as per site requirement.
(g) Testing the starter on NO Load and Full load.

(a) Disconnecting the transformers and remove it from service.
(b) Checking of Oil and oil testing with testing machines provided by BHEL free of cost.
