TOWNSHIP/STP PREMISES (FIRST YEAR RATES: Complete maintenance of the entire horticulture work in and outside township & STP Area, i.e. lawn,trees, shrubs, herbs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, owing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste,Clearing grass including vegetation and disposal of green waste green waste material by Mechanical transport (Rikshaw/e-rikshaw) including loading, transporting, unloading to waste management yard / compost pit complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.and filling compost/vermi compost pits with green waste,sprinkling water and taking out compost generated in vermicompost/compost pits. Applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good Earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (excluding the cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide , Pesticide). Maintenance of the indoor and outdoor plants/pots including shifting of the plants from one location to another as directed by EIC.Mainteance/Plantation of new plants in nursery defined by EIC. Petrol/diesel operated Lawn mover and Petrol brush cutter cum grass trimmer with fuel, power operated Chain saw and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor for the execution of above work . and as per direction of officer in charge. Apprx. quantity : 52500 sqm per month x 12 months = 630000Sqm per annum.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood treesand saplingsof girth up to 30 cm measured at height of 1.0 meter above ground level and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of up to 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared in factory premises as per the direcction of EIC. (QTY: 20000 sqm PER YEAR)

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including carriage(earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% towards voids). In factory and township as per the direction of EIC.

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure including carriage(manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) In factory and township as per the direction of EIC.

Spreading of dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Note: The cost of dump manure and / or good earth to be paid separately under relevant item of work) In factory and township as per the direction of EIC.

Removing of Bee/yellow bee Hives at any height and of any size. Scope of work includes complete removal of hives as instructed and directed by Engineer In-charge in factory and townsip at BE-KOT
