Supply of FAA/ ICAO/ DGCA-CAR compliant LED based inset type medium intensity omni-directional taxiway light (blue) fixture complete with LED lamp/s, integral electronics driver, all accessories i/c stainless steel nut bolts, Shallow base suitable for operation with existing 2.8 - 6.6 Amps current taxiway Circuit & CCRs conforming to latest ICAO / CAR requirement as per specifications complete as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of inset fitting (8" / 12" dia) with core cutting, aligning and setting i/c providing sealing material suitable for flexible/rigid pavement. and installation of Isolating Transformer, Crimping / Jointing of Plug receptacles, laying of secondary lead in existing pipe/ in groove i/c groove cutting on existing cement/ asphaltic area & sealing of groove with suitable sealent material as per site requirement & other accessories required for commissioning except fixture, secondary lead, plug & receptacles & isolating transformer etc. as required.

Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning of each unit of Elevated Type Unidrectional Runway Guard Light Fixture consisting of 1 pair of yellow lights together flashing with upto 65 Watts LED lamp of series circuit 2.8 - 6.6 amps current, Yellow glass, ICAO/ FAA compliance, 1 x 2-pole secondary plug including frangible collar, stand and with all standard accessories as per tender technical specifications ready for site installation as required including supply & installation of Shellow base/base plate , Secondary cable upto 20 mtrs & connectors, Isolating Transformer, connection from existing transformer housing box to complete the job.

Supply of 03 lamp, 03/04 leg, Precision Approach Path Indicator unit (PAPI) with totally corrosion proof material, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof IP-54 enclosure made of phosphate aluminium alloy with powder coated painting in aviation yellow/orange, vertically adjustable support legs and mounting plates of aluminium alloy with breakable coupling as per ICAO & FAA standard with latest amendment i/c three sets of anodized aluminium reflectors, toughened front glass, clear lens, Red dichroic filter, 6.6 amps secondary lead up to 03 mtr length, Air filter, lamp holder, 200 W Halogen lamp of approved make , designed for wind load up to 161 kms/hrs. & heat sink etc. , along with checking stick, Clinometer, spirit level, Tool kit set and all accessories complete as required as per agreement specifications.

Installation, testing and commissioning of PAPI System (04 units) along with all its accessories i/c construction of PCC bases of suitable grade for PAPI unit & checking stick, taking level & setting right angles (minimum 03 times) by Total Station / Theodolite, excavation, fitting fixing, cleaning, marking, earthing, connecting, providing HDPE pipe for secondary leads, painting and ground calibration of the system as per latest ICAO standard.etc. complete as required.

Supply of 2 x 6 sq.mm. Copper conductor XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed single core armoured anti-termite and anti rodent treated under ground cable of 5 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 part-II as amended upto date.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. (i) Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying of 50 mm size DWC HDPE pipe of AAI Approved make and ISI marked complete as required.

Laying of 50 mm size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supply of 6 sq. mm sizes 5 KV grade dry type Plug and Receptacle of type I, class 'B' primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for 5 KV grade single core copper conductor, copper braided, XLPE insulated PE outer sheathed shielded cable, complete as required as per Technical Specifications.

Making field connections by crimping of 6 sq. mm sizes plug & receptable with suitable existing size single core PVC Copper Conductor cable of 5 KV grade Airfield cable including filling the gap with water sealant material applying PVC insulation tape etc. complete as reqd.

Supply of 2 X 4 sqmm, 1.1 kV grade, unarmoured secondary lead cable made out of multi stranded copper conductor, EPR insulated & PCP/ TCP/ CPE sheathed cable with insulation having antitermite & anti-rodent properties.

Supply of 1.1 kV grade Plug and receptacle, Type-II, Class 'B' connector suitable for EPR insulated PCP sheathed secondary lead of size 2 x 4 sq.mm.

Supply of following ratings, 5KV individual lamp series to series type isolating transformer encapsulated in polyester resin finally molded in neoprene rubber as specified in particular specification.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of frangible & external & internalilluminated wind direction indicator confirming to ICAO Annex 14, volume I & FAA compliant and suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply and consist of following complete as required. (a) 5 mtr height frangible pole/mast. The frangibility shall confirm to ICAO Annex 14 & Aerodrome design manual part-6/FAA. The color of pole/mast shall be preferably aviation yellow /red & white. (b) Wind sock assembly complete with slip rings, drum, bracket for drum, bearing, carbon brush with holder etc. (c) Four nos, nominal capacity LED lamps alongwith Lamps mounting arrangement for outdoor conditions to meet the required illumination (d) One no. LED Aviation obstruction light of approved make having aluminium cast body and red polycarbonate dome. (e) Internal wiring, provision for remote control operation. (f) Providing and laying suitable cement concrete foundation for installation of WDI as per OEM recommandations. (g) Any other component required for operation of WDI.

Supply of 6 SWG dia GI wire for loop earthing.

Fixing/laying of 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with the existing HDPE/ GI Pipe as required.

Dismantling of existing elevated MIRL fitting and Supply & fixing of round Dummy/Blank M.S. Base Plate of 10mm thickness of size suitable to cover the existing transformer housing box. Plates shall have 6 nos. of suitable holes for M10 type bolt including anti-rust coating with aviation yellow color enamel paint.

Earthing with Maintenance free Earthing System. The Rod shall be low carbon high tensile steel with 17.2 mm dia. and 10 feet length , UL Listed with molecularly bonded with min. 250 microns coating of 99.90% pure electrolytic grade Copper and tested by CPRI capable of bearing fault current of 25 kA for 1 second with SS 304 Clamp , along with earth enhancement compound in a sealed bag of minimum 30 kg (10 kg Bag x 3) (95% carbon based compound, resistivity is less than 0.12 ohm meter) with Poly Plastic Pit Cover 300x300x195 mm with load Bearing Capacity 5000 kg . ( Job includes Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning)

Supply of 100 mm dia. G.I. pipe of "B" class (conforming to IS:1239 Part-I 2004) for road and concrete crossing.

Laying of 100 mm dia. GI pipe of B class in hard soil/surface concrete upto a depth of 75 cms. including excavation and refilling it with 1:2:4 CC to make the surface good etc. as required & as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 metres.

Supply and Making End termination with Brass compression Gland & Copper Lugs for following of XLPE / PVC Insulated and PVC Sheathed Copper Conductor cable of 5 KV grade as required.
