The bidder should have a minimum of five years of experience. They should have completed works satisfactorily during the last four financial years in Govt. sectors, with evidence of satisfactory execution of works. For specific types of work, experience in similar fields can be considered, such as: - Experience in road, drain, water supply, and sewerage for internal development of sectors. - Experience in building work for R.C.C. drain/Brick drain. - Experience in sewerage for pipe drain, and vice versa. The bidder should submit a list of works satisfactorily completed during the last four financial years, with an attested copy of the experience certificate. The required experience is as follows: 1. For works more than 10.00 Lacs and up to 15.00 Lacs: Two jobs equal to the bid value. 2. For works more than 15.00 Lacs and up to 100.00 Lacs: Two jobs equal to the bid value. 3. For works more than 100.00 Lacs and up to 2000.00 Lacs: Two jobs equal to the bid value or one work equal to 75% of the bid value. 4. For works of 2000.00 Lacs and above: Three works each equal to 40% of the bid value, or two works each equal to 60% of the bid value, or one work equal to 80% of the bid value. Additionally, the cumulative financial turnover and current liquid assets requirements are: - Cumulative turnover during the last three consecutive years should be: - Rs.10.00 Lacs for works up to Rs.15.00 Lacs - Rs.15.00 Lacs for works up to Rs.100.00 Lacs - Rs.100.00 Lacs for works up to Rs.500.00 Lacs - 2.00 times the bid value for works of Rs.500.00 Lacs and above - The liquid assets or Solvency certificate should be: - 5% of the bid value for works up to Rs.15.00 Lacs - 10% of the bid value for works up to Rs.100.00 Lacs - 12% of the bid value for works up to Rs.500.00 Lacs and above - Or 40% of the bid value A relaxation of 20% shall be given on the total requirement of turnover for all working contractors. If any work of a tenderer is more than 15% behind the schedule due to the fault of the contractor, or if the quality of the work executed is not as per norms, then that tenderer shall be disqualified from participating in future tenders.
