The bidder should have completed similar work during the last four financial years in the central/state government, union territory, semi-government, or public sector undertaking. The experience certificates should clearly indicate the head bifurcation of work. For works more than Rs. 10.00 Lacs and up to Rs. 15.00 Lacs, the bidder should have 5% of the bid value as the amount of similar work completed. For works more than Rs. 15.00 Lacs and up to Rs. 100.00 Lacs, the bidder should have 10% of the bid value as the amount of similar work completed. For works more than Rs. 100.00 Lacs and up to Rs. 500.00 Lacs, the bidder should have 12% of the bid value as the amount of similar work completed. For works of Rs. 500.00 Lacs and above, the bidder should have 12% of the bid value as the amount of similar work completed. The bidder should also have a cumulative turnover of 1.5 times the bid value for the corresponding category of work. The cumulative turnover will be considered for three consecutive years out of the last four assessment years. Additionally, the bidder is required to provide details of similar works completed, including the name of the department/agency, amount of work supervised, and amount of service tax deducted for each work. The bidder should also employ qualified technical personnel and provide their qualifications, experience, and posts held. The bidder needs to provide audited balance sheets for the last four financial years, clearly indicating turnover and TDS, and a list of technical staff with their qualifications, professional experience, and length of service with the firm. The value of the earnest money is Rs. 25.63 Lacs.
