Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8km from site of work and including watering dressing etc .Rate to include cost of all materials, labours T&P etc required for proper complition of work

Supply of GSB closed graded for grade-1 including spreading compacting the same GSB specification including spreading in unifrom thicknes, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and bromming stone screening/binding materials to fill up the interestices of coarse aggregate, watering and compactiong to the required density. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mixed Macadam (WMM) specification including primixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base\ course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenanceof diversions etc. as per table 400.11 & 400.12 and techanical specifications clause 406.(Analysis Attached)

Providing and laying of Rubbermoulded (Red Color) Interlocking concrete block pavements having thickness 80mm including leveling and dressing of surface to required level & slope, spreading & moisting 30m thick local sand on bed, filling joints with local sand etc. for proper completion of the work as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504. (PWD SOR 2020 Pg-49 It no-1)

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with 60/70 (VG-30) bituminous binder @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controll to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Specification clause No. 505 complete in all respect. Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with 60/70 (VG-30) bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controll to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Specification clause No. 507 complete in all respect. Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area , thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from straks and holes. Reflective Raised Pavement Markers (Road Studs/Cat Eye) Supply and fixing of reflective raised pavement marker with its body surface made of tought ASA(Acrylic styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (Hi-impact Plyshyrene) of acrylonitrite buladiens styrenc (ABS). The marer shall supporfed a load of 1335 kg tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 and its reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face Retro reflecting surface shall preferably be 35± 5° to base and area of each retro reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.0 sqcm road studs shall be legibly marked with name trade mark or other means of identification of the manufactuer. DRAIN WORK

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of the foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the E/I upto a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches includind all T&P, Phowarah and basket etc. Complete. (SOR 2020 S.I. No. 251)

RCC work with cement, apporve coarse sand and 2 cm. gauge apporved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in walls exluding its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W. G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion for the work. RCC work with cement, apporve coarse sand and 2 cm. gauge apporved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slabs exluding its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion for the work. Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as in R.C. or R.B. work wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion for the work and including supply of steel its wastage.(SOR 2020, SI No. 504)

M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and tools and plants. Etc. required for proper completion of work. [SOR-2020 SI No. 305(b)]

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 4 part of coarse sand minimum thickness not to be less than 10 mm including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. [Based on SOR 2020, SI No. 584]

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.[DSR 2023, SI. No. 13.80]

Finishing walls with Textured ecterior paint of required shade, New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied 2.2 kg /10 sqm.(DSR 2023, SI No.13.45.1)
