The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or having ongoing works of similar nature during the last 7 years. The experience can be in the form of one, two, or three similar completed works with specific cost criteria: a) One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost amount, b) Two similar completed works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost amount, c) Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost amount. For key personnel, the required experience includes: 1. Project Manager / Construction Manager: 10 years 2. Site Engineer (Civil): 5 years 3. Site Supervisor / Foreman: 5 years 4. Structural Engineer: 10 years 5. Architectural Coordinator: 5 years 6. Electrical Engineer: 8 years 7. Plumbing & Firefighting Engineer: 8 years 8. Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer: 3 years The value and percentage of similar works completed are specified as: - One similar work: 80% of the estimated cost amount - Two similar works: 60% of the estimated cost amount - Three similar works: 40% of the estimated cost amount Additionally, the bidder is required to submit a solvency certificate of 40% of the estimated cost and an un-utilized credit facility/credit limit of 10% (minimum) of the estimated cost.
