The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works with specific conditions. The bidder can meet this requirement in one of three ways: 1. Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, 2. Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, or 3. One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover on construction works of at least 50% of the estimated cost during the last 3 consecutive financial years. The values and percentages mentioned are 40% of the estimated cost put to tender for three similar completed works, 60% of the estimated cost put to tender for two similar completed works, and 80% of the estimated cost put to tender for one similar completed work. The total estimated cost of the project is Rs. 10900.00. The bidder should have a bank solvency of 40% of the total estimated cost. The Earnest Money is Rs. 11,10,000.00, and the tender cost is Rs. 10900.00.
