Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) all work up to plinth level, complete.

Providing & Laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work,using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportion as per is:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability withought impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer in-charge all works up to plinth level. (Note:-Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

Brick work with common burnt clay bricks of class designation M-150 in super structure above plinth level up to full height in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1: 6(1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete in all respect.

Excavation, supplying and filling of good quality local earth (including Royalty) by mechanical transport up to a lead of 5 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in trenches,plinth,sides of foundation etc complete.

Supplying and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes (53mm to 22.4mm size stone aggregate) to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density, complete in all respect.

Providing & laying Cement Concrete pavment of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant in pannels. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator, vaccum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in charge (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately)(Note: Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete in foundation and up to full height complete. (Thermo mechanically treated bars of grade Fe 500/ Fe-500D or more).

Steel work welded in build up sections/ framed work/trusses and purlines etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. complete in all respect.

12mm thick cement plaster in proportion 1:6cm (1cement :6coarse sand) including cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete for all heights.

Rough cast plaster up to full height above ground level with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone from 6mm to 10mm nominal size ,dashed over and including the fresh plaster in two layers , under layer of 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 coarse sand) and top layer 10mm cement plaster 1:3(1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement including cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete for all heights.

White washing with lime to give an even shade for new work three or more coats including cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade for new work two or more coats applied @3.84 kg/10 sqm including cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete for all heights.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make,made of required size M.S. laths,interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks,mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets,side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete,including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire spring manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS:4454 part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutter. 80*1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover and providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters and Exceeding 16.80 sqm in area, complete in all respect.

supply and fixing of single skin colour coated Profile roof sheets of 1015 mm effective cover width and nominal 28.3 mm deep ribs with subtle square fluting in the five pan at nominal 203 mm centre to centre & also fixing the sheet with self driven/self tapping screws with use of drill machines.The feed material for sheet is manufactured out 0.45 mm.Base metal thickness, (0.50 mm TCT, colour coating thickness is over and above the thickness stated above), Hi-Tensile steel with minimum 550 MPa yield strength metallic hot dip coated with zinc/Aluminium alloy (55% Aluminium, 45% zinc) as per IS 1397 Zincalume/Galvalume AZ 150 (Minimum 150 grams/sqm,total on both side) of steel. The paint shall have a total coating thickness of 35µm comprising, nominal 20 µm exterior coat on the top surface and nominal 5µm reverse coat on back surface over nominal 5 µm primer coat on both sides of approved colour shade of the sheet .The rate to include cost of all materials, labour, T&P, Sundries, wastage etc. required for proper completion of work.(For all heights)

Same as item no. 1.18 above but providing and fixing single skin colour coated profile roof sheet roofing accessories/ ridge using self drilling/self tapping screws complete (For all heights ).

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighting 9.38 kg per100 m(minimum) , betwwen the two post fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts,struts,earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per meter cost of total length of barbed wire used.

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling hole up to 10 mm dia etc. complete

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.50 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.50 m,as directed by Engineer in-charge in all kind of soil..

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railing, brackets, gates and similar work, complete.

Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with common burnt clay bricks of class designation M-150 on a bed of 12mm mud mortar, including filling joints with jamuna sand etc. complete in all respect.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.50 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.50 m,as directed by Engineer in-charge in all kind of soil..

Cleaning of jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and sapling of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outeside the periphery of area cleared, complete.

Shifting of press mud lying at site of work in an area of 60m x 42m x 1m (height) through tractor trolly, beyond a distance of half KM. and upto a distance of 2.00 K.M from site of work and as directed by E/I including it's cutting, lifting, loading & unloading, carriage charges, labour, T&P, hire charges of tractor & trolly and it's fuel etc. Complete as required for proper completion of the work.

Excavating, Supplying and filling of good quality local earth (inluding royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches plinth in area of godown to make graded ground level and kacha molasses tank etc. complete.

Extra for compaction of earthwork in embankment/ filling of earth under optimum moisture condition to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density(Proctor density) complete in all respect.
