Providing and Injecting Chemical for precontruction anti termite treatment and creating chemical barrier under and around the column pits, wall trenches, basement, excavation top surface in plinth filling, under floors, junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of building, expantion joints surrounding or pipes and conduit etc, complete(plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per IS 6313 part ii 1981) aldrine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as heptachlor of chlordane will be used, including cost of aii material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone- III) derived from natural sourtces : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size derived from natural sources all work up to plinth level, complete.

Providing and Laying Damp Proof Course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement : 2 coarse sand (Zone III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizes derived from natural sources

Supplying and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes (53mm to 22.4mm size stone aggregate) to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density, complete in all respect.

Providing & laying Cement Concrete pavment of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant in pannels. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator, vaccum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in charge (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately)(Note: Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

supply and fixing of single skin colour coated Profile roof sheets of 1015 mm effective cover width and nominal 28.3 mm deep ribs with subtle square fluting in the five pan at nominal 203 mm centre to centre & also fixing the sheet with self driven/self tapping screws with use of drill machines.The feed material for sheet is manufactured out 0.45 mm.Base metal thickness, (0.50 mm TCT, colour coating thickness is over and above the thickness stated above), Hi-Tensile steel with minimum 550 MPa yield strength metallic hot dip coated with zinc/Aluminium alloy (55% Aluminium, 45% zinc) as per IS 1397 Zincalume/Galvalume AZ 150 (Minimum 150 grams/sqm,total on both side) of steel. The paint shall have a total coating thickness of 35µm comprising, nominal 20 µm exterior coat on the top surface and nominal 5µm reverse coat on back surface over nominal 5 µm primer coat on both sides of approved colour shade of the sheet .The rate to include cost of all materials, labour, T&P, Sundries, wastage etc. required for proper completion of work.(For all heights)

Same as item no. 1.23 above but providing and fixing single skin colour coated profile roof sheet roofing accessories/ ridge using self drilling/self tapping screws complete (For all heights ).

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer on steel galvanised iron/ steel works with and including Painting Two or more coats on new work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade

Supply & laying 500micron HDPE sheet under floor,including supply of all materials,over lapping etc,waistage,labour, etc.Required of completion of the work.

Cleaning of jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and sapling of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outeside the periphery of area cleared, complete.

Shifting of malwa ,debris,ash etc. lying at site of work in an area of 80mx48mx1m(height) through tractor trolly, beyond a distance of half KM. and upto a distance of 2.00 KM from site of work as directed by E/I including it's cutting, lifting, loading & unloading, carriage charges, labour, T&P, hire charges of tractor & trolly and ot's fuel etc. complete as required for proper completion of work. Extra for compaction of earthwork in embankment/ filling of earth under optimum moisture condition to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density(Proctor density) complete in all respect.
