The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works with government departments or similar entities during the last 7 years for similar nature of works. The experience can be in the form of: - One work equal to a minimum of 80% of the bid value, with a value of Rs. 9,10,66,725/- - Two works equal to a minimum of 60% of the bid value, with a value of Rs. 6,83,00,044/- - Three works equal to a minimum of 40% of the bid value, with a value of Rs. 4,55,33,362/- Alternatively, the bidder should have completed at least one of the following: - At least 3 jobs each of similar nature of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, with a value of Rs. 4,55,33,362/- - At least 2 jobs each of similar nature of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work, with a value of Rs. 6,83,00,044/- - At least 1 job of similar nature of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, with a value of Rs. 9,10,66,725/- For works above Rs. 10 Lakh, the required experience is as follows: - One work equal to a minimum of 80% of the bid value completed in the last seven years. - Two works equal to a minimum of 60% of the bid value completed in the last seven years. - Three works equal to a minimum of 40% of the bid value completed in the last seven years. The bidder should attach a completion certificate issued by the client for the similar nature of works completed. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 11,38,33,405.93, and the value of each similar job should be at least 40% of this amount.
