The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works with Govt. Deptt./Semi Govt. Deptt./PSU/Corporations/Authorities/Board/Local Bodies only during the last 07 years for similar nature of works. The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: - One work equal to a minimum of 80% of the bid value, with a value of Rs. 5,71,72,340/- - Two works equal to a minimum of 60% of the bid value, with a value of Rs. 4,28,79,255/- - Three works equal to a minimum of 40% of the bid value, with a value of Rs. 2,85,86,170/- Alternatively, the bidder should have completed: 1. At least 03 jobs each of similar nature of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, which is Rs. 2,85,86,170/- 2. At least 02 jobs each of similar nature of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work, which is Rs. 4,28,79,255/- 3. At least 01 job of similar nature of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, which is Rs. 5,71,72,340/- The estimated cost of work is Rs. 7,14,65,424.62, and the percentages mentioned are 40%, 60%, and 80% of this estimated cost. The bidder should have completed at least 03 jobs, each of similar nature, with a value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, within the last 07 years. Note that for works above Rs. 10 Lakh, the experience needed is as follows: - One work equal to a minimum of 80% of the bid value completed in the last seven years. - Two works equal to a minimum of 60% of the bid value completed in the last seven years. - Three works equal to a minimum of 40% of the bid value completed in the last seven years. No experience is required for work up to Rs. 10 Lakh.
