Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Painting Road surface marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on bituminious surface in white/Yellow shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and forign material etc. Complete. Providing and Fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs, edging etc as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand), including the cost of required centering, shuttering etc. 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse Sand (Zone III) derived from natural source: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources.

Earth -work in exacavation in foundation in ordinary soil, loam, clay or sand including lift upto 1.5m & lead upto 30m including filling watering & ramming of excavated earth in to the trunches or in to the space between the building & the side of foundation tranches or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. (Excluding Royalty) Filling of carted earth.2.39 Cum @ Rs. 329.70/Cum will be deducted.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) :

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor:

With Chlorpyriphos E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. guage approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra.

As in item 6 but for the lighter beams i.e. having spans upto 6 m. (Using 1:1.5:3 Mix concrete)

Ground Floor

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per 1S: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.: Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:

Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level.

15 mm thick plinth plaster [1 cement : 4 coarse sand]

Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut (premoulded and prepolished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Ground Floor

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Supply and installation of stainless steel Bus sheltor as per attached quotation
