Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of RMU (ring main unit) 5 ways, 630 Amp., 12 KV rating (FPI type) suitable for operation on 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC supply free standing floor mounting totally enclosed dust tight vermin proof, outdoor type sheet steel clad, switch disconnector with locking device, Interlock for cable compartment comprising of following components including construction of plinth suitable for sub-station ((first quality material as per latest amendment in indian standard and approved by UPPCL) with all O/C & E/F self powered protection. (a) One no. isolator for incoming feeder cables 630 Amp. rating. (b) four nos. VCB 630 Amp. rating on outgoing feeder cables for transformer.(c) five nos. cable entries for incoming and outgoing cables complete with cable gland and lugs suitable for XLPE cable. S/L M.S. steel pipe (by trenchless method) made out of steel plate as per IS 2062 grade Fe-400 6mm thick as per IS:3589. The pipe will be laid at a depth of 2m to 3m as per direction of E/I 200 mm dia (A.O.R.)

S/Laying of 25mm x 3mm G.I. strip from earth electrode directly in the ground as required complete in all respect as per PWD Sch. No. 716

Providing and fixing of precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1 cement:1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Kilometer stone as per standard design including finishing smooth in 1:3 cement mortar (1 cement:3 fine sand) but excluding the cost of painting and lettering etc. which shall be paid for separately 35x93.5x10 cm size.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two coat or more coat) at all location prepared and applied as per manufacturers specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete on concrete work.

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacturer.

S/Burying of 600x600x6mm G.I. plate vertically for earthing with its top at least 3 M. below ground level complete with 20 mm dia G.I.pipe and funnel for watering and one earthing lead of one no. 8 to 10 SWG GI wire in 15 mm dia G.I.pipe up to switch board 30 cm square C.I. frame with hinged cover masonry housing alternate layers of charcoal /Coke and salt at least 150mm thick around etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect as per as per drawing as per UPPWD Sch. Supply & fixing of 400 KVA, 11/0.433 KV 3 Phase ONAN core type copper wound outdoor type transformer with voltage ratio between phase at no load as 11000/433 V arranged for delta/star connection as per vector group Dyn-11with neutral brought out on L.V. side. The work will include all standard fitting and accessories, T&P men & material required for proper completion of work including first filling of transformer oil etc. complete in all respect. The transformer would confirm to approved GTP/Drawing/Technical specification and relevant IS required in UPPCL at the time of execution. The manufacturer of transformer shall be in approved list of UPPCL.

Making plinth for installation of transformer of 1x1.5x1.10 M plinth complete with excavation base concrete with ratio of 1:4:8 (padding) first class brick work in ratio 1:3 CC work and plastering as per design.

Supply & fixing of welded wire mesh fencing of 5x3x2.4 meter and 2x2.4 M gate including excavation base concrete brick work back filling etc. complete in all respect.

S/L of standard aluminium conductor XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated PVC bedded glavanised flat steel strip armoured cables confirming to IS 7098 (Part-II) with latest amendments, 11 KV grade at a depth of 900 mm below ground level. The armouring of cable shall be properly connected with earth conductor by clamp etc. .(first quality material as per latest amendment in indian standard and approved by UPPCL) as per rate analysis (120 sq. mm 3 core) as per PWD Sch. Supply & fixing of 11 KV straight through jointing kit heat shrinkable type for 11 KV cable including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work(first quality material as per latest amendment in indian standard and approved by UPPCL) as per DSR 10.3.4 (120 sq. mm 3 core) ( 3 M, Raychem make)

S/laying of DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket bend couples etc. conforming to IS 14930. Part II complete with fitting and cutting jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as per DSR Sch. No. 14.16.4 (160 mm dia )

Supply & fixing of 1000 Amp. TPN alluminium busbar trunking complete suitable for IP-54 protection with top and cover plate of 1.6 mm thick GI sheet with suitable arrangement fixing etc. complete with all respect as per UPPWD Sch. No. 924

Providing , laying & fixing 150 mm dia GI pipe (medium class) in ground complete with GI fittings including trenching (75 mm deep) and refilling etc. as required.
