Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 on prepared painted surface including cleaning of road sufrface and spreading bitumenat the rate of 0.25 Kg/Sqm. Using mechanical means. Rate as per Analysis.

Providing and laying 50mm thick dense grade bituminous macadam 50-100mm average with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing average output 75 tonne per /hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading preserved with bitumin binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 percent by weight of toal mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,. laying with a hydrostatic paver finished to the required grade VG-30, level and alignmentm, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibrator and tandem roller to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications clause 507 complete in all respect.
