Supply & erection of factory fabricated and wired metal clad dust and vermin proof floor mounting panel TPN switch board having arrangement of incoming 630 Amp.TPN-1 No. & Outgoing 315 Amp. TPN-1 No., 200Amp TPN-2 No, & 32 TPN-1No. of Cat-A Cubical type complete.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV RMU (ring main unit) outdoor type, 630 Amp., 20 KA/3Sec., Outdoor (IP54), 5ways comprising 1 No. manual operated, load break switch and 3 Nos. 630 Amp. fixed type manual spring charging VCB, Electrolytic grade copper busbars all inside single, gas filled robotically welded stainless steel 304 (non ferrite, non magnetic grade) tank with minimum thickness 3(+/-) 0.5 mm, IP 67 degree of protection internal arc classified 20 KA/1 Sec., onsite repairable with site replicable bushing/coupling mechanism, gas refilling etc. The enclosure shall have pad lockable double door access with anti theft higes, fully covering the front facia and cable boxes to ensure fail-safe anti theft protection having 01 Nos. 11 KV 630 Amp. incoming load break switch, short time current 20 kA/3 sec., making capacity -50 kAP., Auxiliary contacts-1 No.+INC,4 Nos. outgoing VCB with 11 KV 630 Amp. fixed type VCB, Short time breaking current/withstand -20kA/3 sec. , Making capacity-50 kAP Auxiliary contacts - 1 No.+INC.

S/L M.S. steel pipe (by trenchless method) made out of steel plate as per IS 2062 grade Fe-400 6mm thick as per IS:3589. The pipe will be laid at a depth of 2m to 3m as per direction of E/I 200 mm dia (A.O.R.)

S/Laying of 25mm x 3mm G.I. strip from earth electrode directly in the ground as required complete in all respect as per PWD Sch. No. 716

Providing and fixing of precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1 cement:1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Kilometer stone as per standard design including finishing smooth in 1:3 cement mortar (1 cement:3 fine sand) but excluding the cost of earth work concrete in foundation painting and lettering etc. which shall be paid for separately 35x93.5x10 cm size (DSR-121No.16.21.3)

Finishing with epoxy paint (two coat or more coat) at all location prepared and applied as per manufacturers specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete on concrete work DSR-12/13.52.2

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacturer DSC-12/12.71

S/Burying of 600x600x6mm G.I. plate vertically for earthing with its top at least 3 M. below ground level complete with 20 mm dia G.I.pipe and funnel for watering and one earthing lead of one no. 8 to 10 SWG GI wire in 15 mm dia G.I.pipe up to switch board 30 cm square C.I. frame with hinged cover masonry housing alternate layers of charcoal /Coke and salt at least 150mm thick around etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect as per as per drawing as per UPPWD Sch. Supply & fixing of 400 KVA, 11/0.433 KV 3 Phase ONAN core type copper wound outdoor type transformer with voltage ratio between phase at no load as 11000/433 V arranged for star/delta connection as per vector group Dy-11 with neutral brought out on L.V. side. The work will include all standard fitting and accessories, T&P men & material required for proper completion of work including first filling of transformer oil etc. complete in all respect. The transformer would confirm to approved GTP/Drawing/Technical specification and relevant IS required in DISCOM of UPPCL at the time of execution. The manufacturer of transformer shall be in approved list of DISCOM.

Making plinth for installation of transformer of 1.2x1.2x1.2 M plinth complete with excavation base concrete with ratio of 1:4:8 (padding) first class brick work in ratio 1:3 CC work and plastering as per design.

Supply & fixing of welded wire mesh fencing of 5x3x2.4 meter and 2x2.4 M gate including excavation base concrete brick work back filling etc. complete in all respect.

S/L of standard aluminium conductor XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated PVC bedded glavanised flat steel strip armoured cables confirming to IS 7098 (Part-II) with latest amendments, 11 KV grade at a depth of 900 mm below ground level. The armouring of cable shall be properly connected with earth conductor by clamp etc. .(Gloster /Nicco /Havells/Grandlay/Polycab make) as per PWD Sch. No. 506 & 507 for 185 sq. mm 3 core cable

S/L of standard aluminium conductor XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated PVC bedded glavanised flat steel strip armoured cables confirming to IS 7098 (Part-II) with latest amendments, 11 KV grade at a depth of 900 mm below ground level. The armouring of cable shall be properly connected with earth conductor by clamp etc. .(Gloster /Nicco /Havells/Grandlay/Polycab make) as per PWD Sch. No. 506 & 507 for 50 sq. mm 3 core cable

Supply & fixing of 11 KV straight through jointing kit heat shrinkable type for 11 KV cable including cost of all material,labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work (Raychem/Denson/Birla make)

S/laying of DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket bend couples etc. conforming to IS 14930. Part II complete with fitting and cutting jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as per DSR Sch. No. 14.16.3 for 120 mm dia (for 50, 150 & 185 sq.mm cable)

S/laying of DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket bend couples etc. conforming to IS 14930. Part II complete with fitting and cutting jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as per DSR Sch. No. 14.16.3 for 160 mm dia (for 300 sq.mm cable)

Making plinth for installation of LT distribution panel of size 1x1.5x0.9 M plinth complete with excavation base concrete with ratio of 1:4:8 (padding) first class brick work in ratio 1:3 CC work and plastering as per design.
