Consolidation of 45-63 mm gauge hard stone ballast for 10cm (loose) thick inter coat by road roller including hire and fuel charges of road roller excluding cost of stone ballast but including opening out stacks, sorting ballast into different sizes spreading making medhi to retain water also including labour for spraying screening material to be used for blinding purpose and also including cost of carriage of materials & water and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work water for consolidation to be arranged by the contractor himself at his own cost as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Consolidation of 22.4-53 mm gauge hard stone ballast for 10cm (loose) thick top coat by road roller including hire and fuel charges of road roller excluding cost of stone ballast but including opening out stacks, sorting ballast into different sizes spreading making medhi to retain water also including labour for spraying screening material to be used for blinding purpose and also including cost of carriage of materials & water and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work water for consolidation to be arranged by the contractor himself at his own cost as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Water allowance to be allowed between 15 November to 31st May required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with VG-10 bitumen on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. As per morth SI no 502

Providing and laying 50mm thick (compected) dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction including tack coat using VG-10 bitumin @ 0.20 Kg per sqm as per MORT&H specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying 25mm thick (compected) bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading. gremied with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level andalignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 507 complee in all respects. Unit = Cum/Sqm including teack coat using VG-10 bitumin @ .20kg per Sqm.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thiick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 The finished Surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rates are inclusibe of all taxes, royally etc. all T&P/machine material and labour required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks (80mm thick M-40 grade) in footpath, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required color and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bad of coarse sand, compacting and prober embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size & pattern, finishing & sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacture specifications & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5meter and lead upto 30m. including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30M. (100fts) from the foundation trenches.

Same as above item No. 1 but for 1 extra lead & lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering . All work up to plinth level.

M-150 Brick work in 1:3 one cement : 3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M-150 Brick work in 1:3 (one cement : 3 cement and Cors sand) mortar including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M.S. (tor Steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. work including beding for proper shape including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete with 4cm gauge approved stone lallast, coarse sand & cement in the proporationof 4:2:1 including supplyof all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7 cm wide 11cm deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & suupply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

4cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand & 2cm approved stone grit including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Concrete with 2cm gauge stone grit , coarse and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 part of fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flush pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 part of fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make on new work with three coats to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour, and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
