Earth work in Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5 metre and lead upto 30 m & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space bwtween the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge of 30 m from the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

30 mm red sand stone sun-shade (chisel-dressed) supported on red sand stone brackets, fixed in walls with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including finishing complete.

Supply & Laying of I shaped (Zigzag) precast interlocking tiles of thickness 60 to 100mm (Compressive strength not less then 30 Mpa and weight 4.50 kg) including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work. 80mm (Rubber molded Coloured)

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Coursed rubble masonry (first sort) with hard stone in foundation and plinth with Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with :12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) 12.45.1 tapered edge gypsum plain conforming (Part I) : 2011 (Board with BIS Certification marks)

Providing & Fixing 1.00mm thick decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss /matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quantity conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):iii) With float glass panes of 8.0 mm thickness

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1 st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws, Steel Handels (Excluding cost of Fittings) 30 mm thick

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) with 100 mm Sand Cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C. P. brass pillar taps

Providing Providing and fixing 600x450 600x450 mm beveled beveled edge mirror of 17.31 superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm or 340x410x265 mm sizes respectively.

Steel wok in built up tubular (round,square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) truses etc. including cutting. Hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (Hot finised welded type tubes.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) supply all labour material and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with lean concrete of 600X600mm size. (thickness 10mm), with a water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in desired colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, including grouting of joints. including preparation of 75mm thick base with concrete 1:4:8 Cement, complete as per Engineer -In -Charge.

Retro-Reflective Sheeting type-IV with 4mm thick ACM Double Side : Providing and fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick with with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite panel face to be fully coverd with High Intensity prismatic sheeting type-IV as per IRC-67:2012 retro reflective sheeting with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5 mm. Legends, letter, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No. 801.3.7 the sheeting shall have a pressure - sensitive adhesive of the aggressive - tack type requiring no heat, solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacture. The ACM (Aluminium Composite Materials) shall be fixed on the back frame MS Angle with nveting Micro prismatic type-IV Retro reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM D4956-09 shall be Pressure fixed. The Retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact, resistance, specular gloss and fungusresistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from Intemational/Government Laboratory/Institute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from Indian condition with 3 years of lunching of product by the manufacture in a board. Altematively, a certificate confirming to ASTM specification (0 4958-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally in such a situation, the Employer/Client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of 3 years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per IRC 67:2012 & Proof of the same Report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. The Rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
