Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion / Vg-10 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.including Supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying 50mm thick Dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 % by weight of total mix and filler, transported the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled. vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Specification as per clauses 505 complete in all respects including Supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.including Supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying 25mm thick bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.20 % percent of mix and filler ,transporting the hot mix material to work site , laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade ,level and alignment ,rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem roller , to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H.. specification clause no - 507, complete in all respect. ( Grading -I )

Providing and laying factory made 80 mm thick rubber moulded Interlocking cement concrete tiles ( 30mpa) including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embeded / laying of Interlocking tiles levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope,filling joints with fine sand including the cost of material,labour,T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-In -Charge.

Squire satinless Steel base plates of size 250x250x8mm traingular structural support with ribs plates & grouted in PCC 1:5:10 & CC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Block size 600x600x750mm as per approved drawing. Boards frame Arrow Type shall be made of horizontal & vertical SS pipe of outer dia31.80 mm 1.2mm thick. SS ractangular pipe of size 25x12x1.2mm thick shall be welded and routed through 31.8mm OD pipe intenally for fixing of the sign boards size 1220x915mm using micro prismatic grade retro reflective sheeting type-XI (3m/Avery Dennision Brand) conforming to ASTM D-4956 specifications pasted on 3mm ACM sheet with letters symbols, logo ect. on electrocut overlay film of desired color. the sign plate shall be fixed on the the ss frame with the help of VHB tape 24mm wide double gum tape complete the rates included all SS structure, grouting in CC block , labour T & P Complete as per approved drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing & flxing in position Guide MAP Structures (Size 6.100x6.100m) for signages madeout of ISMC150X75mm Vertical post i/c sign board frame of MS hollow section 96x48x4mm and 25x25x2mm diagonal Bracing necessary base plate, stiffeners & gusset plates, bends nut bolts as required as per approved drawing. the size of raft will be 1200x1200x300mm RMC M-25 in RCC and column size 900x900x1650mm of M-25 RMC inRCC over base concrete of 4:10 of 0.10m thick with all necessary reinforcement the structure shall be vertically hoisted and erected in three level & plumbs with the help of crane. all steel work shall be enamel plainted including all complete labour, overheads, T & P required for completion of Work.

Providing, installing and fixing retro-reflective Single Sided Overhead Signboards comprising of aluminum composite panel(ACP) mill finished or PVDF coated or as specified as base board micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film. The minmum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4mm. The ACP shall be fixed pop riveting or with self taping SS screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm center to center of the frame. On the front face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheat (Avery Dennison/3M) conforming to Type-XI of ASTM: D 4956-09 shall be pressure fixed as background sheet (In white colour) which will be over laid with electro cut transparent flim of approved make and colour to create a desired road sign and information message. The rate shall included all materials, labour, equipments fabrication transporation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Only front area of the board shall be measured for payment.(All structural steel work , Pipe Frame shall be paid for separately)
