Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement, 4 coarse sand, 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm, nominal size) including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of form work in foundation & floors.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete including supply of all material labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bendring, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars including supply of all material labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply & fixing of mild steel channel size 75x400x4.8 mm with carbon steel galvanized dash fastener of size 10 mm with double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strenght 480 N/MM sq.) counter sunk head comprising of 10 mm dia, MS plate size 120x120x6 mm angle iron support size 75x75x6mm, 10 mm dia angle / G.I.U bolt (3 Nos. bolt in 1 set) both side threaded with Nut & washer and providing holes on MS channel etc.(with one coat priming paint and two coat superior quality paint on MS channel, angle and plate) required for proper completion of the work including T&P men & material required at site, complete in all respect. (700 Mtr. length @ 2 Mtr. centre, total no. of holes required 700 /2+1 = 351 12 Nos. in each row hence total qty. = 12 x 351 = 4212 Nos.)

Providing & Making 200 mm dia, 30 cm deep holes with core cutter in the raft of MEP trench to save the electric cable during rainy season. The excess water shall be percolated through hole etc. complete in all respect (700 / 25 + 1 = 29 Nos.) as per sanctioned Job no. ED-1(91) dated 10.12.2021

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-30 Grade concretefor reinforced cement concerete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automate batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site of laying excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge, (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @330 kg/cum. Excess less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately) 5.37.1 All works upto plinth level.

Finshing walls with premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including primimg coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)
