The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: - Atleast 03 (Three) jobs each of similar nature of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, completed within last 07 (Seven) years. The value is 1,35,76,791.00. - OR, Atleast 02 (Two) jobs each of similar nature of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work, completed within last 07 (Seven) years. The value is 2,03,65,187.00. - OR, Atleast 01 (One) job of similar nature of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, completed within last 07 (Seven) years. The value is 2,71,53,582.00. Alternatively, for works above Rs. 10 Lakh, the bidder needs to have experience of having successfully completed works with Govt. Deptt./Semi Govt. Deptt./PSU/Corporations/Authorities/Board/Local Bodies only during last 07 (Seven) years for similar nature of works only. The required experience is as follows: - One work equal to minimum 80% of bid value completed in last seven years. - Two works equal to minimum 60% of bid value completed in last seven years. - Three works equal to minimum 40% of bid value completed in last seven years. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover from core business (Civil Construction/Electrical/Mechanical works) of at least 30% of the estimated cost of the tender during the immediate last 03 consecutive financial years, with a minimum average annual turnover required of INR 1,01,82,593.00.
