The experience can be in the form of: - One work equal to a minimum of 80% of the bid value, with a value of 65125229.00 - Two works equal to a minimum of 60% of the bid value, with a value of 48843922.00 - Three works equal to a minimum of 40% of the bid value, with a value of 32562614.00 These values are calculated based on the estimated cost of the work, which is 81406536.00. The percentages are 80%, 60%, and 40% of the estimated cost. Additionally, for different cost ranges of work, the required technical staff and their minimum experience are specified. - For work costing more than 1000 lac, a Project Manager with a degree in the corresponding discipline of Engineering and minimum 10 years of experience is required. - For work costing between 500 to 1000 lac, a Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer with 5 years of experience is required, along with another Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer. - For work costing between 200 to 500 lac, a Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer with 5 years of experience is required, along with another Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer. - For work costing between 50 to 200 lac, a Graduate Engineer with 5 years of experience is required. - For work costing between 10 to 50 lac, a Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer is required. The average annual financial turnover from the core business of the bidder should be at least 30% of the estimated cost of the tender during the immediate last 03 consecutive financial years, with a minimum average annual turnover required of INR 24421961.00. For works above Rs. 10 Lakh, the experience needed is as follows: - One work equal to a minimum of 80% of the bid value completed in the last seven years. - Two works equal to a minimum of 60% of the bid value completed in the last seven years. - Three works equal to a minimum of 40% of the bid value completed in the last seven years. No experience is required for work up to Rs. 10 Lakh. The experience should be of having successfully completed works with Govt. Deptt./Semi Govt. Deptt./PSU/Corporations/Authorities/Board/Local Bodies only during the last 07 (Seven) years for a similar nature of works only. The bidder should attach a completion certificate issued by the client.
