Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. As per CRRI Recommendation (As per MoRTH analysis attached)

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface . ( Repeated Tranvers bar ) Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 500 gms per sqm area , thickness of 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35-2015 The finished surface to be level , uniform and free from streaks and holes As per SI No. 22.03 Safety Items SOR Ghaziabad-2022

Reflective Raised Pavement Markers ( Cat Eye / Road Stud ) Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of g RPM / Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA ( Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite ) ar HIPS ( High - Imoact Polystyrene ) or Acryloniitrite Butadien Styrene ( ABS ) or Any other suitable material approved by the Engineer . The Marker shall support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280.The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismnalic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entring the lens face . Lenses shall be mouled of methyl methecrylate conformning to ASTM D788 of equivalent . The slop or retro - reflecting surface shall preferably be 35 +/- 5 degree to base and the area of each retro - reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.cm. the marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & amp ; Width shall not exceed 130 mm . The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name , trade or other means of identification of the manufacture . epoxy installations , excess adhesive around the edge of the marker , excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shall be immediately removed . The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro - reflectance of the reflecting panel , to the Engineer . In addition , a two year warranty for satisfactory infield performance of the finished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who carries out the work of fixing of reflective road markers . In case the markers are displaced , damaged , get worn out or lose their reflectivity compared to stipulated standards , the contractor would be required to replace all such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer , at his own cost . The rate shall include all materials , labour , T & amp ; P , transportation , installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. Lead Upto 10 Kms. As Per SI No. 253 + 231(C)+ 231(A)

Brick on edge pavement with straight over burnt brick on patries with brick, laid dry joints filled with local sand including preparation of base to proper slope and its ramming, spreading layer of 1 cm.(3/8") depth of local sand over the subgrade and including supply of all material, labour tools & Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work ( As per SI NO. 763 SOR Ghaziabad)

Dismantling old brick work including stacking of materials as directed by the engineer-in charge within a distance of 60M(200 Feet) Rate as per SoR Ghaziabad-2022, SI No.692

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30m. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m. from the foundation trenches. Providing and laying precast RCC drain of M30 grade concrete inside forms including all materials, centering and shuttering, labour, T&P for fixing of the same. All necessary arrangement for vibration, compaction & curing etc. at yard complete as directed by Engineer In charge. Cost of reinforcement is not included here.

Shifting of segment from casting Yard to site by trailer including loading, unloading, placing and aligning the segment as per the line level.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.
