Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (VG-10) on prepared surface of Wet Mix Macdam Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm(Table 500-3) using mechanical means, complete as per Clause 502

Providing and laying 50 mm Thick bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes lper hour using crushed aggregates of Grading - 2 (19mm, Table 500-7), premixed with bituminous binder( VG-30 ) @ 3.40 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratiory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 504

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (VG-10) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom..

Providing and laying 40mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of Grading-2 ( Table 500-17), premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm. thick as per approved colour, layout and design including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm. area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per MORT & H specification No. 803. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes rates to be inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc. all T & P/ machine material and labour required for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPM Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High-Imoact Polystyrene) or Acrylonitrite Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable matenal approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13.635 kg lested in accordance with ASTM D4280.The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light eniring the lens face. Lenses shall be mouled of methyl methacrylate conforming to and the area of each retro-face shalls than exceed 130 mm. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by provding close graded Material conforming to specification mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site. For all leads & lift, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motar graded on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achive the desired density complete as per specification & directions of Engineer-in-Charege.

Providing & laying cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 Fine sand : 10 Graded brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) curing compete including coat of formwork in foundation.

Brick Work in 1:3 cement sand for retaining wall modulars motar in foundation and plinth including supply of all labour & t&p etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing & laying of Interlocking concrete block payment of grade M-30 having thickness 80 mm & including 25mm local sand cushion below interlocking block as per drawing & technical specification clause1504 (Excluding G.S.B.)

Earth work in Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) manual means in foundationordinary soil, excavation should be in the regular form of pits not exceding 0.50m tr in depth,including dressing the surface to re trenches or drain (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sqm on plan) excavated soil & disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50.0mtr including dressing of sides &ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5m including getting out the.All kinds of soil.

Class-150 brick work in 1:6 cement & course sand motar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials labours & t&p itc required for proper completion of the work.

Stuck pointing on brick work with cemnt motar in 1:3 with consisting of 1 part cement & 3 part of fine sand of 1:25 F.M including supply of all materials, labour & t&p Required fro proper completion of the work.
