Supply & Laying, spreading and compacting 53 mm to 22.4 mm size stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density .

Supply of Screening material with stacking for measurement etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge .(As Per RMR)

Consolidation stone aggregates of 45-63mm/22.4-53mm size to water bound macadam,specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2/3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying prime coat emulsion on bituminious surface @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm. Bitumen of grade VG-10, includig heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen the mechanical operated spary unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the exiting road surface as per specifications.(As per Analysis Attached)

Provinding and laying 75 mm average compected thickness dense graded bituminoues macadam crushed stone aggregated grading premixed with binder of grade VG-30@3.30% (percentage by weigth of total mix) prepared in batch hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. Tranported to sire by tippers laid over a previously surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sencor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Provinding and laying 40 mm average compected thickness bituminious concrete using crushed stone aggregated grading premixed with binder of grade VG-30@5.0% (percentage by weigth of total mix) and lime filler@ 2% by weigth of aggregate prepared batch hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. Tranported to sire by tippers laid over a previously surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sencor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 100 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking Paving blocks of M 50 grade manufactured by block making machine equipped with steel mould clamped to a strong vibratory table with hydraulic pressure for compaction of concrete as per IRC SP 63 -2014 and of approved size and design / shape laid in Ordinary Grey Colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S/L Hot applied Thermo Plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area thick ness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. the finished surface to be level uniform and free from streak and holes. rates all including of all taxes royality vat etc all t & p /machine material and lobour required for proper complition of work.

Reflective Raised pavement marker providing and fixing of raised pavment markers (cat eye) type x ASTMD - 4956-04 avery dennission /3m (USA make) having moulded body of polycabonate ASA, HIPS or ABS able to support a load of 13.635 MT tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 type H and other requirement mentioned in MoRT&H circular its reflective lens made of micro prismatic lens (capable of providing total internal reflection of light ), electronically welded to the body. The length, height and wiedth of the body shall not exceed 130mm 20mm, and 105mm respectively, The area of each reflective surface shall not be less than 13 Sq. cm. on each side stoping at the angle of 35+5 degree to the base to ensure maximum reflectively. it shall comply to specification of category A of MoRT&H circular no. RW/NH 33023/10/97-DO-III dated 11.06.97 lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate corforming to ASTMD 788 or equivalent. with 7 years warranty. Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc. All T&P machine and labour required for proper completion of work. Note: The composite warranty jointly signed by original manufacturer & authorized converter of at least 7 years shall be furnished non judicial stamp of required denomination. S/L Brick Work (1:4) with m 150 brick, coarse sand & cement including all materials,labour,tools, & plant etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge.

Providing & Fixing of Stainless Steel( 304 Grade Board) frame with green color base & white color refelective letter as per design & drawing of Work Description board. (As per office order no. 1150 dated 16.09.2023) PGM Camp

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches. (As per SI No. 251 UPPWD SOR )

Extra Rate for quantities of earthwork executed under in or under foul conditions (SI No. 251A of SOR UPPWD Saharanpur Circle)

Disposal of ballast , Kankar Coal , grit or sand including loading & unloading but excluding stackings on pakka roads upto 8 kms As per SI No. 232(A) SOR Ghaziabad.

Dewatering/Diversion of water by diesal engine pump including opretor,fuel,required length of flexible pipe for proper disposel of water etc all .

Cement Concrete with 4 cm guage approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all material, labour, tools & Plant etc. required for proper completion of work. As per SI No. 281

Providing and laying design mix concrete RCC drain of M30 grade concrete inside forms including all materials , centering and shuttering , labour , T & P for fixing of the same . All necessary arrangement for vibration , compaction & curing etc. at yard complete as directed by Engineer In charge . Cost of reinforcement is not included here

S / F M : S ( tor steel or plain ) in plain work such as R : C : C or R : B work including bending for proper shape as necessary including bending for proper complition of the work and including supply of all steel & wasteage , bend , hooks , and authorised overlappinf shall be measured etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge .

Providing & fixing empty cement bags filled with carted earth upto 1.00 km . lead , hand sewing with suja & sutli and placing in position within 60m . Including cost of E.C.Bags , all labour , material and T & P required for proper completion fo work . SI No. 19.13 New Item A
