Earth Work in Embankment (lead upto 8 km) in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in depth earth work in embenkment to in 20 cm layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops also including 1.50 m lift and 30 m lead. The earth form cutting to be used in making in embekment or to be disposited and spoil banks with in 30 M. distance as directed by the engineer in charge etc all complete Rates As per PWD SOR SI No. 253(A)+261

Disposal of refused material lead up to 8 km distance including loading un loading etc etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge.Rates As per PWD SOR SI No. 231(A)

Supply & Laying, spreading and compacting 63 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.(As per RMR)

Supply & Laying, spreading and compacting 53 mm to 22.4 mm size stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. (As per RMR)

Consolidation stone aggregates of 45-63mm/22.4-53mm size to water bound macadam,specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2/3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Supply of Screening material with stacking for measurement etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge .(As Per RMR)

Providing and laying 100 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking Paving blocks of M 50 grade manufactured by block making machine equipped with steel mould clamped to a strong vibratory table with hydraulic pressure for compaction of concrete as per IRC SP 63 -2014 and of approved size and design / shape laid in Ordinary Grey Colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat on bituminious surface @ 0.250Kg/Sqm. Bitumen of grade VG-10, includig heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen the mechanical operated spary unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the exiting road surface as per specifications.(As per Analysis Attached)

Provinding and laying 75 mm average compected thickness Dense Graded bituminoues macadam crushed stone aggregated grading premixed with binder of grade VG-30@3.30% (percentage by weigth of total mix) prepared in batch hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. Tranported to sire by tippers laid over a previously surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sencor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (As per Analysis Attached)

Provinding and laying 40 mm average compected thickness bituminious concrete using crushed stone aggregated grading premixed with binder of grade VG-30@5.4% (percentage by weigth of total mix) and lime filler@ 2% by weigth of aggregate prepared batch hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. Tranported to sire by tippers laid over a previously surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sencor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.(As per Analysis Attached)

Reflective Raised pavement marker providing and fixing of raised pavment markers (cat eye) type x ASTMD - 4956-04 avery dennission /3m (USA make) having moulded body of polycabonate ASA, HIPS or ABS able to support a load of 13.635 MT tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 type H and other requirement mentioned in MoRT&H circular its reflective lens made of micro prismatic lens (capable of providing total internal reflection of light ), electronically welded to the body. RW/NH 33023/10/97-DO-III dated 11.06.97 lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate corforming to ASTMD 788 or equivalent. with 7 years warranty.
