Providing and fixing M. S. tree guard 45 cm square in plan, height 1.20 metre above ground level and 0.40 metre below ground level. The vertical members shall consist of four nos. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm, 1.6 m long, one at each corner and 8 nos flat iron of size 25x3 mm, 1.2 m long.The vertical mambers shall be welded to 4 nos. 25x6 mm M. S. flats placed horizontally around the vertical member of the cage. One name plate of 1mm thick M.S. sheet of size 250x100 mm shall be welded to the treeguard near the middle height and lettered CPWD/ PWD/ any other approved name. The tree guard shall be fixed to the ground by making suitable holes and by embedding four corners leg in the ground, including refilling the earth, compaction etc. complete. The tree guard shall be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture over a coat of primer, complete in all respect.

Providing and Displaying of Rubber black variety, well developed, having 45 to 60 cm ht.with fresh, healthy leaves in 25 cm size Earthen pot/Plastic pot as per direction of officer-in-charge.& as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Grassing with selection No. 1 Doob grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth, if needed (the grass and good earth shall be paid for separately).In rows 5 cm apart in both directions

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source,including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) :Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 20 mm

Providlng and fixing PVC pipe conforming to lS make working pressure 6 KgiSqCm incuding testing labour T&P and all complete fittings 140 mm diameter

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and fixing Red Sand stone jali 40 mm thick throughout in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade, jali slab without any chamfers etc.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, lncluding cost of form work. ln Foundation and floors.

Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing close graded materials, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed meterial to work site, spreading in uniform layers with mortar, grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to archieve the desired density. complete as per clause 401
