Providing and injecting chemical for pro- constructional anti-termite treatment and creating and chemical barrier under and around the coloumn pits wall tronches basement excavation top surface If plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the external per meter of binding expansion Joints surrounding of pipes and conduit etc, complete (plinth) area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per L.S 6313(part 2013) IMIDACLOPRID SC 30.5 concentrate or any other approved material such as Hepthachlor of Chlordane will be used. The rate of application of chemical omulsion shall be as follows. :- 1) Treatment for masonry and foundation 5 liters per Sq.m 2) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 liters per Sq.m 3) Treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 liters per Sq.m 4) Treatment of soil along external per meter of Building 7.50 liters per Sq.m 5) Treatment of soil under apron along external per meter 5 liters per Sq.m

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement, 4coarse sand, 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of form work in foundation & floors.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 for the R.C.C. foundation and footing with 4 cm. (1-1/2") gauge approved stone ballast. excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire cost being included in the item.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1-1/2;3, for the R.C.C. columns excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire cost being included in the item.As in item no. 283 but on R.C.C. columns in 1:1-1/2:3 Rate as in item No. 288 above.

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses builts up gates, door frames, record racks, roof work, gates etc. wrought to required form including drilling holes, rivetting or welding where necessary and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts etc. & their fixing required for proper completion of the work.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & over lapping & hooks.

First Class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand of mortar in the super-structure including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks as required and also including honey comb brick, work thickness of wall not to be less than 11/2 brick thick, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing & Laying of 8 to 10 mm thick ivory or light Item shade Vitrified tiles of 600 mm X 600 mm size in flooring or skirting laid with 1:3 cement mortar (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finishing with cement slurry & with pigment grouting & polishing complete i/e supply of all materials, labour T& P required for proper compection of work

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite (gang saw cut), mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished. machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1) cement: 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high glossy finish etc. complete at all levels.( Slab area above 0.5 Sq.m)

Providing edge moulding to 18mm thick granite stone, including machine polishing to edge to give high glossy finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Polished Granite stone slab colour of Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent)

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.12.5 mm thick fully Perforated Gypsum Board tile made from plasterboard having glass fibre conforming to IS: 2095 part I, of size 595x595 mm, having perforation of 9.7x9.7 mm at 19.4 mm c/c with center borders of 48 mm and the side borders of 30 mm, backed with non woven tissue on the back side, having an NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.79, with 50 mm resin bonded glass wool backing.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortor in proportation of 1:4 cement & coarse sand.External Plaster.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side al single or half brick wall with cement mortar of mix (All floor) (ii) 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse Sand )

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with three coats to give an even shade, including supply of all material labour and T&P etc, Required for proper completion of the work

Finishing walls with Textured exterior paint 3:28 Ltr. per 10 Sqm of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade including curing, cost of all materials, Inbours, TaP etc. required for proper completion of the work. For two coats over one cost of primer applied 2.20 Ltr 10 Sqm.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectura drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Fixing of 4 mm ACP

Providing & Laying "brick bat coba" 100 mm thick laid with M- 150 class brick bat coba 7.50 cm thick with gap of 15 mm to each other, over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 cement and coarse sand mixed with water proofing compound spreading cement slurry mixed with aerelic cement concrete water proofing compound filled gaps of coba & top of coba mortar mixed with water proofing compound in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar finished smooth & top mashed false square 30 cm X 30 cm and side wall parapet shall be monotythic plaster wall upto 30 cm higher and junction and corner shall be rounded by brick ballast cement and coarse sand and masonry coba with top finishing plaster mixing with acetic water proofing compound @ 2% by weight & Including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of works.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting Graded Stone Aggregateto Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/ base course on well preapared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve desired density and also supply of all material labour and T&P etc as required for proper completion of the work.

P.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1-1/2;3, for the in road including dowel bar and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire cost being included in the item.

Providing and laying of 80mm Interlocking concrete block pavement laid in stone dust base and fill joint with fine sand, Joint filled after labling and dressing base including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for prper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing exterior quality Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) wall cladding on existing Al. /MS frame work with GI brackets, ACP fixed on the existing frame work by folding the edges of ACP panel (Engraving the rear surface of ACP sheet) with CP angles, cleats and strainless Steel screws forming groves at the periphery of ACP panel. Such grooves filled with foam and silicon sealant etc. complete with all materials (but including the cost of silicon sealant), labour, scaffolding and all other incidental charges complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing expansion hold fasteners on C.C. /R.C.C./Brick masonry surface backing including drilling necessary holes and the cost of bolt etc complete Fastener with threaded dia 10 mm

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width

Providing and fixing dry cladding upto 10 metre heights with 30mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
