Providing, Laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.including cost of all materials,labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRTH specification 502

Providing and laying Densed Graded Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 Grade @ 5.0 percent by weight of total mix and filer, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specifications clause 507 complete in all respects.including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for prapose completion of the work.

Providing and laying 40mm thick Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 P TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder of Grade VG-30 @ 5.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom roller, to achieve required compaction as per MORTH Specification Clause no -509, including tack coat complete in all respect, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking trips (retroreflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semiautomatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced opertaor on road surface including cost of material,labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals,oil,grease and foreign material etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and accordance with applicable specifications.required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing 3M USA Brand Road pavement marker area 200 (CAT EYES) board make of polycarbonate with economically waked parametrically retro reflective lines on both sides for maximum retro reflection in wet & dry condition with 3M bitumen adhesive BT-59/9M epoxy as per MORTH. including supply of all material, labour T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal or surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m. including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 0-1.5m

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved band and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc complete.

Dismantling reinforced cement concrete or reinforced brick work including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60 meters (200 ft)

Disposal of surplus excavated earth rubbish, malba etc. by mechanical transport complete as per disrection of Engineeri-in-charge up to any lead and lift.
