Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (Table 400-13) to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of minimum static weight of 80 to 100kN to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 406

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (VG-10) on prepared surface of Wet Mix Macdam Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm(Table 500-3) using mechanical means, complete as per Clause 502

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam (75mm) with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of Grading - 2 (Table 500-10), premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 B complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (VG-10) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying 40 mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of Grading-2 ( Table 500-17), premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm. thick as per approved colour, layout and design including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm. area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per MORT & H specification No. 803. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes rates to be inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc. all T & P/ machine material and labour required for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPM Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High-Imoact Polystyrene) or Acrylonitrite Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable matenal approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13.635 kg lested in accordance with ASTM D4280.The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light eniring the lens face. Lenses shall be mouled of methyl methacrylate conforming to and the area of each retro-face shalls than exceed 130 mm. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil

Earth work excavation by mechnical mean in foundation trenches

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1Cement :4 Coarse sand : 8 stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of for work in foundation and floors.

First Class brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth 3 including supply of all materials, labour and TSP etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Laying of 80 mm thick pre moulded inter locking paver tiles over 15 cm compected GSB including 4 cm thick coarse sand bed over prepared surface including all labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

2 CM. (3/4") thick damp proof course with cement and approved coarse sand 1:2 with and including water proofing materials as ordered by the Engineer-in-charge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturers including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work including proper curing and shuttering as necessary.

Flush Pointing on brick work with cement motar in 1:2 with consisting of one part cement & two part of fine sand of1.25F.M including supply of all materials labour & T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work.

Stuck Pointing on brick work with cement motar in 1:2 with consisting of one part cement & two part of fine sand of1.25F.M including supply of all materials labour & T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work.

Finishing Walls with Premium acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade.old work (two or more Coatapplied @1.67ltr/10sqm).

Lettering with black japan paint of approved brand and manufacture.
