Consolidation of 45-63 mm gauge hard stone ballast for 10cm (loose) thick inter coat by road roller including hire and fuel charges of road roller excluding cost of stone ballast but including opening out stacks, sorting ballast into different sizes spreading making medhi to retain water also including labour for spraying screening material to be used for blinding purpose and also including cost of carriage of materials & water and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work water for consolidation to be arranged by the contractor himself at his own cost as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Consolidation of 22.4-53 mm gauge hard stone ballast for 10cm (loose) thick top coat by road roller including hire and fuel charges of road roller excluding cost of stone ballast but including opening out stacks, sorting ballast into different sizes spreading making medhi to retain water also including labour for spraying screening material to be used for blinding purpose and also including cost of carriage of materials & water and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work water for consolidation to be arranged by the contractor himself at his own cost as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Water allowance to be allowed between 15 November to 31st May required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with VG-10 bitumen on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. As per morth SI no 502

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 bitumin binder @ 4.5 perrcent by weight of total mix and faller, transporting the hot mix to wark site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.50mm compacted thickness including tack coat using VG-10 bitumin @ 0.20kg per Sqm.

Providing and laying 25mm compected thick bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading. gremied with VG-30 bitumin binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level andalignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 507 complee in all respects. Unit = Cum/Sqm including teack coat using VG-10 bitumin @ .20kg per Sqm.25mm compacted thickness

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thiick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 The finished Surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rates are inclusibe of all taxes, royally etc. all T&P/machine material and labour required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick edging on oth side of the road of first class bricks 7cm. Wide 11cm deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the requred template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the execavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
