Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading , premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent weight of total mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects . Providing and applying tack coat on bituminious surface @ 0.20Kg/Sqm. Bitumen of grade VG-10, includig heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen the mechanical operated spary unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the exiting road surface as per specifications.(As per Analysis Attached)

Providing and applying primmer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg / sqm using mechanical means . ( As per MORTH analysis attached )

S / L DLC as per MORTH Specification 601 C Item no 21.18 150 Kg cement / cum of concrete , coarse sand as per IS 383 @ 45 cum / cum of cocrete and Crushed stone coarse aggregate of 25 mm and 12.5 mm nominal sizes as per table 600.1 @ 9 cum / cum of concrete conforming to clause 602.2.6 the direction of engineer - in - charge .

S / L PQC M - 40 grade of concrete as per MORTH Specification 602 C Item no 21.19 400 Kg cement / cum of concrete , coarse sand as per IS 383 conforming to clause 602.2.4 @ 45 cum / cum of cocrete and Crushed stone coarse aggregate of 25 mm and 12.5 mm nominal sizes @ 0.90 cum / cum of concrete conforming to clause 602.2.4 . Admixture @ 0.5 % of cement . The deviation of cement in design mix concrete may be paid or recover as case may be .

Reflective Raised Pavement Markers ( Cat Eye / Road Stud ) Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of g RPM / Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA ( Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite ) ar HIPS ( High Imoact Polystyrene ) or Acryloniitrite Butadien Styrene ( ABS ) or Any other suitable material approved by the Engineer The Marker shall support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 . The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entring the lens face Lenses shall be mouled of methyl methecrylate conformning to ASTM D788 of equivalent . The slop or retro - reflecting surface shall preferably be 35 +/- 5 degree to base and the area of each retro - reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.cm. the marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & amp ; Width shall not exceed 130 mm . The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall legibly marked with the name , trade or other means of identification of the manufacture . epoxy installations , excess adhesive around the edge of the marker , excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shall be immediately removed . The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro - reflectance of the reflecting panel , to the Engineer . In addition , a two year warranty for satisfactory infield performance of the finished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who carries out the work of fixing of reflective road markers In case the markers are displaced , damaged , get worn out or lose their reflectivity compared to stipulated standards , the contractor would be required to replace all such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer , at his own cost . The rate shall include all materials , labour , T & amp ; P , transportation , installation and incidentals complete as per direction of the Engincer in Charge . Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches. Cement Concrete with 4 cm guage approved brick ballast , fine sand & cement in the proper completion of work . proportion of 10 : 5 : 1 including supply of all material , labour , tools & Plant etc. required for proper completion of work

Providing and laying RCC design mix concrete of M - 30 grade in drain including supply of all materials , centering and shuttering , labour , T & P for completion of work . All necessary . arrangement for vibration , compaction & curing etc. complete as directed by Engineer In charge . Cost of reinforcement is not included here .

S/F MS ( tor steel or plain ) in plain work such as R : C : C or R : B work including bending for proper shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel & wastage , bend , hooks , and authorized overlapping shall be measured etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge .

S/L Brick Work (1:4) with M-150 brick, coarse sand & cement including all materials,labour,tools, & plant etc all completed as per the direction of engineer - in - charge.

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement & 2 part of fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus . As per direction of Engineer in charge .

Road marking with Hot applied Thermo Plastic compound with reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface . Providing and laying of hot applied Thermo Plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area , thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35-2015 . The finished surface to be level , uniform and free from streak and holes . Rates including of all T & P , material and labour required for proper completion of work .
