Consolidation of 10cm thick (loose) coat of stone ballast including opening out stacking sorting stone ballast in existing road surface water and ramming and also including carriage of metal upto 3.7 mtr. carriage of water 200 mtr. Supply and maintenance of barries and all T&P reqiured for proper completion of the work , stone ballast to be supplies to the contractor free at site.

Water allowance of allow on item given below for consolidaton between 15th November to 31st May.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials labour tools & plants etc reguired for proper complection of the work.

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 1:2:4 including supply of all materials labour tools & plants etc reguired for proper complection of the work.

Providing and laying separation memebrane of impermeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick including over lapps not less than 300mm etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched] design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using coarse aggregate ans fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzoland/Ordinary Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength, including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing carriage for all leads, but excluding the cost of centring. shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in desing mix shall be payable seperately. In case the cement content in dasing mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re desing the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. all works upto plinth level concrete of M40 graded with minimum cement content of 390 kg/cum

Providing and laying in position bitumen sealing depth per cm width compound for expansion joints etc. Using grade 'A' sealing compound. per cm

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Up to 5mm depth and 5 mm width

Providing and fixing in position mild steel dowel bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint of 32mm dia 50cm long and at 30.0 cm c/c/ & whereve directed including handling, straightening, necessary cutting supported by HYSD chairs with proper aligement by using properly lubricating half leangth with bituminous paint as directed etc. complete including cost of anticorrosive epoxy paint, bituminous paint sleeves etc. 32mm dia 0.50m @ 6.30 Kg/RM= 3.15 Kg @ Rs. 68.10/ KG Dowel bars 32mm dia transverse @ 300mm C/C
