Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of form work in foundation & floors.As per SOR Sl.No. 281

RCC columns in 1:11/2:3 work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work binding wire cost being included in the item. As per SOR Sl.No. 289

Mild steel or iron work of heavy sizes such as trusses builts up gates, door frames, record racks, roof work, gates etc., wrought to required from, including drilling holes, rivetting or welding where necessary and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts etc.and their fixing required for proper completion of the work. As per SOR Sl.No. 503

Painting or varnishing on iron works in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed proming paint of two coat of approved superior quality reqdy mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm to the ISI no. 103-1950.

Fabrication and installation of information of stainless steel road signage single sided (Road/Lane Name signage board size 1220 mm x 1220 mm + 860mm x 860mm) as per approved drawing frame structure and support shall be made of stainless steel SS-304 in brushed finished sections including satin finished and fitting of approved make, mounted on 2no vertical post shall be made with 63.5mm OD 3mm thick pipe with caps total effective height of 3000mm installed with 2no. Squire satinless Steel base plates of size 250x250x8mm traingular structural support with ribs plates & grouted in PCC 1:5:10 & CC 1.1.5.3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Block size 600x600x750mm as per approved drawing. Boards frame Arrow Type shall be made of horizontal & vertical SS pipe of outer dia31.80 mm 1.2mm thick. SS ractangular pipe of size 25x12x1.2mm thick shall be welded and routed through 31.8mm OD pipe intenally for fixing of the sign boards size 1220x915mm using micro prismatic grade retro reflective sheeting type-XI (3m/Avery Dennision Brand) conforming to ASTM D-4956 specifications pasted on 3mm ACM sheet with letters symbols, logo ect. on electrocut overlay film of desired color. the sign plate shall be fixed on the the ss frame with the help of VHB tape 24mm wide double gum tape complete the rates included all SS structure, grouting in CC block , labour T & P Complete as per approved drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge . For Sector no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 15, 16, 17 & 18. As per standard drawings.

Squire satinless Steel base plates of size 250x250x8mm traingular structural support with 4nos ribs plate of size 50x100x8mm & grouted in PCC 1:5:10 & CC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Block size 600x600x750mm as per approved drawing. Boards frame of size 1284x979mm shall be made of horizontal & vertical SS pipe of outer dia31.80 mm 1.2mm thick. Squire satinless Steel base plates of size 250x250x8mm traingular structural support with 4nos ribs plate of size 50x10x8mm & 4nos 16mm dia SS anchor bolts 600mm long with SS nut nuts and washers grouted PCC 1:5:10 & RCC 1:1.50:3 (1 cement: 1.50 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggreagte 20mm nominal size) Footing size 600x600x900mm with necessary TMT bar as per approved drawing. Boards frame of size 1930c1325mm shall be made of horizontal SS pipe bar of outer dia 50mm 1.6mm thick. 2nos half circle of 31.8mm of 1.2mm thick pipe to be welded in back side of the frame for strenthening of he board, SS ractangular pipe of size 25x12x1.2mm thick shall be welded and routed through 50mmod pipe intenally for fixing of the sign boards size 18301220mm using micro prismatic grade retro reflective sheeting type-XI (3m/Avery Dennision Brand) conforming to ASTM D-4956 specifications pasted on 3mm ACM sheet with letters symbols, logo ect. on electrocut overlay film of desired color. the sign plate shall be fixed on the the ss frame with the help of 25mm VHB tape 24mm wide double gum tape complete the rates included all SS structure, grouting in CC block , labour T & P Complete as per approved drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
