Providing, Laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.including cost of all materials,labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRTH specification 502

Providing and laying Densed Graded Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 Grade @ 5.0 percent by weight of total mix and filer, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specifications clause 507 complete in all respects.including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for prapose completion of the work.

Providing and laying 40mm thick Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 P TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder of Grade VG-30 @ 5.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, trnasporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom roller, to achieve required compaction as per MORTH Specification Clause no -509, including tack coat complete in all respect, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking trips (retroreflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semiautomatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced opertaor on road surface including cost of material,labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals,oil,grease and foreign material etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and accordance with applicable specifications.required for proper completion of the work.

Reflective Raised Pavement Markers (Cat Eye/Road Stud) Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPM Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrile) or HIPS (High-Impact Polystyrene) or Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable material approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13.635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 The Reflective panels shall consist of number of tenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face. Lenses shalt be moulded of methyl methacrylate conforming to ASTM 0788 of equivalent. The slop or retro-reflecting surface shall preferably be 35+1-5 degree to base and the area of each retro -reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sqcm. the marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & Width shall not exceed 130 min. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name, trade or other means of identification of the manufacture, epoxy Installations, excess adhesive around the edge of the marker, excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shall be immediately removed. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel to the Engineer In addition a two year warranty for satisfactory infield performance of the finished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who carries out the work of fixing of reflective road markers. In case the markers are displaced, damaged get worn out or lose their reflectivity compared to stipulated standards, the contractor would be required to replace alt such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer at his own cost The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal or surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m. including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 0-1.5m

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of RCC work with 6mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand)

Dismantling reinforced cement concrete or reinforced brick work including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60 meters (200 ft)

Disposal of surplus excavated earth rubbish, malba etc. by mechanical transport complete as per disrection of Engineeri-in-charge up to any lead and lift.
